How many JW's are doing bad things each year worthy of being DF'd?
by dissed infor a religious group that claims to be above reproach, with a self proclaimed, excellent reputation for godliness, i don't feel that claim is quite true.. in fact, i think its a sham to make those assertions.
they trully should not feel they are different from any organized group, when it comes to its members following righteous standards.
true, the wt would like all to believe they are clean and morally straight, that they are different and not tainted from the world.

I know of a sister that premeditated having sex with a "worldly" to "free" her to remarry and all she got was a private reproof. She bragged about it later that she got away with murder.
Another sister I know of was sleeping with a worldly guy for months and no one ever found out about it until she moved. She didn't even get a JC over it.
I also knew an MS that went on a trip to another country with a sister for 3 weeks, shared hotel rooms etc, they were bf/gf so it would be pretty dumb to think they didn't screw around. He came back and no one found out, after a year, he was removed as an MS, but that was it, no action taken.
If that is just my congo, there has to be hundreds of thousands of others getting away with "wrong doing". Hypocritical behavoir at it's best.

What Do You Do For Exercise?
by minimus inin the summer i play outdoor tennis nearly everyday for about an hour and a half.
i'm going to resume racquetball in the winter which is great for cardio!.
what's your exercise pattern like?.

I use the gym:
5 minute cardio warm-up - Tread mill on an incline/speed that burns 10 calories a minute minimum.
Free weight routine - full core body muscles for 30 minutes with no more than 60-90 seconds rest between complex sets (3 sets combined)
10 minute cardio cooldown if any energy left.
I burn about 400-450 calories in that time. I do that 3 days a week with 2 other days of cardio only. I'm thinking of putting in a kettlebell workout routine in one of my weight days to change it up a bit.

I couldn't agree more with you. The more I was "used for service" to the WTBTS, literature duties, attendant, mic/sound, landscaping... the less time I had to reflect on anything that related to my actual spirituality. To think I thought that actually "doing works" was actually getting me a spot saved in the New System of Things™.
