how should it be translated?.

i say, that because it can be applied to presence; which the governing body who does have an ax to grind, would jump on; and apply it, as they have to the thirteen occurrences, where it appears in their new world translation bible.. as i said, it can be applied to their teaching that the christ was invisibly present in the year 1914, but according to the information i found, that application is incorrect.

Using “coming” lays the groundwork for an indefinite time span and is probably more attractive to some than a finite time span.

there's been a lot of comment on this site about witnesses becoming more blind and fanatical and eagerly willing to believe anything the glorious masters of time and space, grand poobah, bright as a labrador retriever, governing frauds tell them.. but it really comes down to 3 stark choices.

the more reality intrudes on the lives of individual witnesses, the more they will be driven into some combination of these catagories:.

1) dumber - the most popular choice.

So, until such time when we have a society worthy of liberty, capable and willing to be responsible for their actions and well being, if responsibility is ignored it will have to be imposed at the conclusion of this system of things. Liberty is not for animals or the savage as such will just trample it under foot.

many people have contacted me about the recent claims by a group called noahs ark ministries international.1 the evangelical organization claims to have discovered noahs ark.2 i have responded on several occasions to these dubious claims on my blog.3 and still, this group has stood behind their claim,4 insisting that what they have found is real based largely on the belief that because the bible says the flood and the ark are historical, it must be so.

so, instead of addressing their spurious claims yet again, i thought i would approach the issue from a different angle: forget about noahs ark; there was no world-wide flood.. the worldwide flood described in genesis 6-9 is not historical, but rather a combination of at least two flood stories, both of which descended from earlier mesopotamian flood narratives.

There were likely much better environmental conditions before the release of these waters.

Andhra floods may cause earthquakes: Scientist

The heavy rains and floods in Andhra Pradesh may cause earthquakes, Professor and Head of the Department of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, Ramesh P Singh said in Kanpur on Saturday.

With heavy rainfall and floods in Andhra Pradesh, water is likely to percolate under the Earth's surface through fracture zones, commonly found in the shield areas, leading to increase in the pore pressure that may cause earthquakes, he said.

One of the probable reasons for the occurrence of earthquakes is injection of water in the Earth or its withdrawal as this action increases or reduces the subsurface pressure, Singh said.

He appealed to government agencies, academic institutions and scientists involved in earthquake related studies to monitor Andhra Pradesh and surrounding areas.

He said the studies might help save lives and property in the event of any major disaster.

Many schools remained closed in Santiago and elsewhere after floodwaters churned up sediment at water treatment plants, while several rivers burst their banks farther south, deluging thousands of homes.

There are people without spirituality that are thoroughly disconnected from God with no confidence in the resurrection hope but this is a result of an unwise personal decision.

As for you, beloved ones, call to mind the sayings that have been previously spoken by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, how they used to say to you: “In the last time there will be ridiculers, proceeding according to their own desires for ungodly things.” These are the ones that make separations, animalistic [men], not having spirituality. Yes it is. None-the-less, this is the first conceptual I read (back in 2001) that was diametrically opposed to the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses and carried some religious sacrament in the assessment.

The Cutting Edge is another Rapture Cult website that is making substantial inroads into Remnant circles.
