I think we are all aware of the shady goings on in government... But why worry over things you cannot change?? Stop worrying and get out there and live! I certainly am! Life is to short to spend time worrying over these things.

I just went for a drive down some inactive spacious road and in my car, just screamed my head off.
That sounds theraputic! It's such a release to ''get'' that excessive energy out.
OMG i think i have found my calling.......oomps
Do it! Screaming and running around, especially done naked is very soothing to the soul! Lol

Your very welcome Shelby (the greatest love and peace to you)... It seems to be that a person can live on a wine diet and do quite well lol! Carbs/protein/fruit! Plus alcohol! What more does the body need lol.
I would love a juicer... I would put everything in it! All the gross but really nutricious foods in and then mask it all with melon or grapes! I fell in love with one when we went to the spirit festival in london, although it was £500! I don't think so! The woman demonstrating the juicer put all these gross veggies/nuts, you name it, it went in... Then she put grapes in and it was yum! I think I can find one that is soo much cheaper... Lol

Oh Shel! What is it with pain killers that cause pain??? Seems saft as you are taking the drugs to help with pain!!!
you're going to educate me because I always thought grapes were a fruit... and being vegan included fruit - LOLOLOL! What am I missing??
Some wines, beer, ale and spirits contain animal ingredients when going through the ''fining'' process.. The ingredients used assist the processing of the wine/beer/ale/spirits... Basically using these ingredients speeds the natural process so the manufacturers can get the produce on the market quicker. They can't lose money!!
The most common animal ingredients used in wine making are isinglass (a very pure form of gelatine from sturgeon fish bladders), gelatine (extract from boiled cow's or pig's hooves and sinews), egg whites (or albumin) and caseins (a protein from milk).
Apparently makes for a clearer, brighter, better tasting wine... As a vegan nothing I eat/wear/use comes from/off or tested on animals. I'm super animal friendly Lol.
It's something I discovered when becoming a vegan... I was shocked!
