  congress has lifted a 5 year ban on horse meat, for the non-vegans are you game.. i remember being in france, nice, and walking into a boucherie chevaline (horse butcher) and seeing a skinned horse hanging on the hooks.

  vivande de cheval, its a big animal to see up close in that condition.

  had a great buffalo steak the other night with my son at a local restaurant..

  Mummatron veal escalopes sound awful!

  Quick question for the veggies & vegans - do you wear leather/sheepskin/suede? just curious as I find that's something that divides my friends. The gelatine issue especially. I have some vegetarian (not vegan) friends who will happily eat a jelly baby because "they're not meat" and others who will pass on a slice of iced cake if they don't know for sure if the icing contains gelatine

  For me personally I refuse everything that contains an animal.... If it moves I don't eat or wear it...I eat vegan jelly sweets, vegan chocolate made with rice/soya milk, vegan icecream made with soya milk... My clothes and shoes are animal free, I research what glue is used as the majority of glue is from horses... Royal icing contains gelatin but some brands of normal icing is vegan. It's a complete change of life, but everyone is different.

  waters- I understand, my daughter and my nephew have been vegans for years.

  The thought of it made me a little nauseous lol. When I was a child we were on holiday down south and in the hotels restaurant my parents ordered ''swordfish''.... Anyway the meal came and it was shark! I cried! So did my parents.... They were expecting swordfish lol! I didn't really know what a ''swordfish'' was but I definately knew what ''shark'' was... It still disturbs me to this day.

  SHELBY!!!!!!!!!!! The greatest love and peace to you! I feel the same as you, I am desperate to get back to work! Spent most my life being ill and now i'm better I just want to get out in the big wide world! Plus I need money for shoes!

  Putting up my "midwinter pagan festival blinken light tree" - I got's questions

  when i was little (before jwism) we celebrated christmas.

  my parents got the "truth" then we no longer celebrated it.

  we used to get together with family and friends and it was great!

  Oh my goodness that was hilarious.

  My tree will be lovingly dug up, roots and all and will carry on living in a pot, then re-planted outside.... Soooooo no tree massacre in this house lol!

  Previous Christmas's we had a fake tree, but this year I desperately want a real tree.... I hate the thought of just cutting down a tree and having it die in the house so I can put pretty things on it.... Soooooo I have found a place nearby that lets you dig up your own tree, pot it and then when Christmas is over you re-plant it. So my garden will end up with a pretty Christmas tree, that should annoy our next door neighbour Mwahahahahahahaha *evil laugh*
