  scotoma, maybe it is newer but they let us keep the books. I threw mine in the trash a couple years ago.

  Unemployment is down, but why did America set a record 47.8 million on food stamps?

  in the usa a new record was set on food stamp enrollments, which seems ironic.

  you would think as unemployment drops , food stamp usage would be dropping, too.

  maybe those government unemployment numbers are fake numbers.

  Because some people work but don't make enough money. Also, after you haven't had a job for a certain amount of time, you are no longer considered unemployed.

  the multiple funny versions at youtube?.

  this time they are mocking the tract (the guy that started this isn't even a ex-jw, but they are pretty good at taking down cults!).

  it was last year at easter time that i had a big insight that still looms large with me.

  my elderly mother was living with me and she had been suffering from dementia.

  i was taken aback why this one elder would come over once a month to try to get my mom to come up with 15 minutes of fs.

  I went once. I never understood the reason that if preaching is so important, and the pioneer school is so helpful in preaching, why the pioneer school isn't open to all JW's to attend.

  I like when he and Ricky Gervais tweet back and forth. It is pretty funny.

  Another twitter account that makes me laugh a lot is the comedian Neil Hamburger's twitter account: https://twitter.com/NeilHamburger

  His tweets consist mainly of making fun of twitter accounts of various corporations and retweeting people who say Taco Bell made them sick.

  Conversation with a JW coworker

  so i started working at my new job in december.

  there is one person in my department who is a jw.

  then there is another jw who works in my building, who just started going to my old hall about 6 months ago.

  Lol TotallyADD, I am gonna start totally blaming you for me leaving the JW's. "He tried to sell me donuts but dammit he also sold me on not being a JW."

  NeverKnew. If we had been on a private conversation, maybe in the cafeteria I would have but on the interoffice messenger, I think it was best not to try to stir up things on there. Especially since it is only really supposed to be used for business purposes.
