Jehovah correcting the organization
by sabastious inread the account of moses taking the credit for the water provision miracle and that of king david's folly and his consequences.. ...read them.... ...you are still reading.... ...ok now you have that fresh in your mind.. jehovah had a correctional arrangement in place for all his spokesmen.
story of jonah would work great too.
the point being that in the bible god has always had this correctional arrangement for the leaders of his earthly organization.. that being said, where did that arrangement go?

At a loss what to do RE: JW family and my kids
by 2pink ini have 2 small kids, ages 4 and 5 yrs and one on the way (via adoption!).
my husband and i faded/suddenly disappeared last fall, never to go back to meetings.
we outed ourselves and told our super hardcore parents/family members that we didn't believe it anymore, were choosing a different path etc.

YMCA now I am mad!!!
by loosie ini talked to a current jw today and he told me that it came out in print from the wtbts that you can be a memebr of the ymca as long as you don't associate with the other worldlys that go there..
omg!!!
just a few years ago i was told that i couldn't be at the ymca because it was a christian org.. .

in verse 10 we are told this request was pleasing to god that solomon had asked for this instead of riches.. wth?
adam and eve got kicked out of the garden for wanting that same knowledge!.

This religion causes division between family members, your main concern should be about your husband and children
it's a blessing that you got out as a family unit, be thankful for that, The grand parents will eventually try to convert
the children and make them feel guilty for living the life that you and your husband have choosen for them. the children don't
need to have that stress in their life. when you and your husband chose to leave, you knew what the consequenses would
be. The best thing you can do is live the very best life you can, and don't give anyone the power to take away your happiness
i know you will miss your relatives it's only natural, but if they are gonna cause pain in the long run let them go.
