  i have a fairly serious but gently light-hearted question.. i am on my out the door to meet a friend for consultion with a surgeon who specializes in breast surgery.

  the reason for the consultation is that breast mri and biopsy shows possible cancerous lesions.

  Serenity, I have checked several others but havent found anything as bad yet, but its only been about 10 that I have looked at. Let us know what you find

  I dont know it was just a thought. I have seen heard that plastic surgeons can do amazing things with or without pics

  actually , i say its absolutely a good Idea. For all the reasons you stated. Breasts are not "dirty" or immoral to look at ( at least I hope not ). As you suggest it may serve as a celebration of self, even a way to connect with the past, depending on what ultimately happens. As an aside, there may be some value for the purpose of reconstructive surgery,if that becomes nessary, although that wouldn't be the primary reason. I certainly dont see this as an issue. Just one random person's opinion.

  this is aimed more for people who grew up when the beatles and stones were first popular, i guess.

  now it's completely silly and ridiculous, but it's funny how hearing an old song on the radio can bring back certain memories.... back in the 60s, early 70s i was a big beatles fan but for the most part none of their music was ever labeled 'dangerous' or 'subversive', even as a youth growing up in the jw cult.

  even their more psyhcedelic stuff was tamer than other bands of the era.

  LOL its funny, I'm enough younger than you that the stones, during my teenage years, were very very mild. I even went to the steel wheels concert when they came through D.C. (RFK), with my JW parents permission. great time. I listened to just about anything Rock and Metal, but that was the era when "rap was evil" so that was a big thing in my area. BTW, our CO still asks us before he will accept a recommendation for a brother to be a ms or elder, if the man is "moderate in his music listing habits".. that one always makes me smile

  at one of the last meetings i was at 2 years ago, one of the kingdom songs that they sang, had a verse in it that said something about the people in the world being like angry bees .... or molested bees or something like that.

  in all the years i had been in the org.
