  If Time were running in reverse would we know it?

  if "time" is running backwards i dont see how that we would ever know, perhaps some clever physicist could devise an experiment to find out for sure.. some theoreticians have suggested the reason the arrow of time runs from past to future is tied intimately to the expansion of space.

  since einstein special theory of relativity we have come to see that "time", space and speed are all relative.

  we now more correctly speak of "space-time" instead of just space.

  does anybody remember a while back i posted a topic concerning jesus mediatorship ?

  i asked if anybody could show me quotes from the watchtower that state that jesus only acts as mediator towards the 144,000 .

  hey any suggestions in retrieving my own congregation records, i live in a different city now, have nothing to do with them but want my records!!!

  anybody have suggestions on getting them sent to my new "congregation" which would be the po box of a roommate!

  That is diffucult...the elders of your old cong they will get in touch with the elder of your new cong so that they will send your records...

  i have read through some of the threads, posts or whatever and even though there is a sense of disagreement over witnesses and the society, their way of handling the words of the bible.

  i was curious to know if anyone does believe jehovah is his name?

  Well the real pronouncation is Yahwe...in the old Testament He is a violent God...Ordering Israelites to kill even babes in their battles in order to take the promised land...

  I DON'T accept the idea of this kind of God...Killing of the innocent people and specially babes, makes me turn away from this kind of God

  i know this is going to get some funny responses, but seriously this is a question thats been bothering me recently.

  i could never win an arguement about why a christian shouldnt smoke, because someone would always say that alcohol is just as bad, which is true, and jesus drank alcohol.

  so alcohol is addictive just like smoking.

  There NEVER was a GB in the early christians they were acting by the Holy Spirit...in fact in Acts 15 does it look like a GB. The GB takes decisions behind close doors. The Christian congregation makes decisions and they are observed openely from the public.

  And why did the fist christians got their name in Antioch instead of Jerusalim were the GB supposed to live there?

  Apostle Paul has circimcised Timothy(gentile) contrary to the decision of the GB mentionted above in Acts 15. So Paul is an APOSTATE

  often the verse about having to be perfect as their god is perfect, is repeated by persons of the bible.

  does that mean to imitate only their god's perfect qualities, while avoiding imitating his imperfect qualities/actions?
