The failure of the prophecy of the King of South and North.

The fact that JW's have an elit club within the congregation. I was unemployed for 4 months and I was looking for a job and there was a "brother" that we have grown up together and he was a manager of one of the major automobile company, and they needed a sales person who could speak english. I asked him for that job and he didn't reply to me. Then I found out few weeks later he hired a messenger from another car company that they are on competition!!! Plus you see the wealthy JW's having an inner club, travelling abroad to Assembleys, "Holy Tours"in Brooklyn. I have witness injustice in the WT, and specially those who their fathers are elders with prominent possition. My dad was removed for being an elder for a stupid reason...he spend all of his life in the WT...

what's your take on the spirit realm?

are there angels, demons, ghosts?

how do you otherwise explain those who for a fact are demonpossessed, scourged, woodoo, mediums, people who experience things moving and sounding in there homes etc.. a missonary in kenya once told me she studied with a demonpossessed woman and that the sister herself spoke with the demon and told him/her to leave and said jehovahs name.

the wbts teaches that in 1919 jesus inspected all of christendom and appointed the wbts "over all his belongings" in fulfillment of matthew 24:45-47: "who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time?

happy is that slave if his master on arriving finds him doing so.

truly i say to you, he will appoint him over all his belongings.".

That is an excellent point. In the Greek Original text shows clearly that:

"When the Son of Man will arrive in His Glory" in the Greek text speaks about a future event. "Otan tha(future) elthi o Yios tou Anthropou en ti doksi aftou"

So we haven't seen that event yet...so Jesus did not pick up a banch of false prophets in Philadelphia U.S.

WT knows that their days are numbered, and they are trying to keep their followers in the state of fear. Besides fear is the best weapon of the WT as we all know. The message coming out from the Headquarters lately must keep us into serious concideration, specially all of us who still have close family members in the cult.

Will WT follow the pattern of the extreme cults like WACO and Jim Jones? That is something really fearfull. We know that WT is blood guilty for the thousands of people that died in the rescent years due to the ban of blood transfussions. We know WT did use the African brothers in Malawi and other places, in order to have martyrs and prag that they are being persecuted because they are the real Christians.

The fear tactic will only lead into a greater exodus of more JWs. I will use my own expierience as an example. I was 7 in 1975, and I do recall that the end was so close. Then in 1984 I left school to preach that the end was so close since the generation will not pass way. (I will not go through that decission that proved to be disasterous for my career for the rest of my life)Then I went ot pioneer's school and I was regular for 6 years. Then 1995 came and I knew changed by a WT article.

My doubts started to arise. I had the opportunity to have all the books of Booze Jo, and 1-2 of Russells, I started to read them all. I realize that WT had serious uncompleted prophecies, flip flop doctirnes, and a Holy Spirit that cannot deside if Sodomah and Gomorah will reseructed!!! After 3 years of the new "light"I become innactive.

They are only trying to buy some time, but at the end of the day they can't hold a mass exodus from the WT

Trying to leave the Witnesses is like trying to leave the Mafia = Death!

if you try to leave the mafia in italy they will hunt you down and kill you, there is no way you can quit and just walk away, you need to go into hiding always looking over your shoulder.

it's the same with witnesses, you can't just quit, you need to be disfellowshiped and punished....and you'll always be worried looking over your shoulder even if you go into hiding.

WT is worsed...you carry all the pain a lifetime. And it hurts to see your relatives, friends, your own children to reat you like shit.

What is our crime that we will be punished for a lifetime? We just don't believe in the WT...That is our crime...many of us can see the hate on their eyes when we are walking on the street and we come across with a friend and they are passing by like we don't exist.

Many of us were not allowed to attend to our childerns wedding(like me, and Mr Flipper, and many others), some their own children or parents treat them like they don't exist. Some they didn't see their grandchildren, and some their parents died without even know it

WT is more unhuman, EVIL, CRUE, from Mafia. I prefer to be a member of the Mafia and just die with one shoot, or my car blown up, instead of being a JW and suffer ALL MY LIFE

two sad notes - just heard that pink floyd founder and keyboardist richard wright has died of cancer at 65. .

also, a remarkable writer, david foster wallace, hung himself last friday.

he was 46, gifted, and had long battled depression.
