  jesus and his apostles were once found eating other people's wheat yield.

  however the law in question was reported to be the sabbath; so it must not have been considered stealing?.

  regardless, how did they earn money?

  now that my eyes have been completely open to the total falsehood of the jw's i just cant sit thru another meeting and hear some of the most craziest statements without an absolutely crazy look on my face... so to spite my mother who hates that i dont listen to anything they have to say from the podium, i took notes.....haha notes of all the insane staments i heard.

  Found Sheep: I was born in 1975 the end came for my parents but not the world lol

  I was born in '74 and when I was just six months old my hardcore-elder father moved our family a very long distance...to a remote region in the far north. Knowing what I know now about 1975 I'm convinced he did this because he believed the world was ending. And perhaps being in a remote region would "shelter" his family from the affects of the great tribulation. Nuttery, I tell ya, nuttery.

  I worry about you all, regarding the promotion of "Steven Hassan's." book. Why?

  i worry about you jumping on steven hassan's ideas which are not new, in fact, after reading a good chunk of his book today, nothing he has written is fresh and new to the psychology world.

  so far, i have been cautious about revealing who or what schooling and background i have.

  AJ you are making an assumption that ex-JWs are "hoping in a miracle book". Many here have simply found it helpful to understand how cult mind control works, which assists them to deconstruct their own programming. Doesn't matter if the info in the book is ground-breaking material or not, it is still worthy of recommendation.

  fakes can be spotted by analysing their patterns of activity and the words they use
