  some here like to perpetuate the idea that there is a hidden group lurking in the shadows playing democrats and republicans against each other for their own benefit... or that a new world order is about to annihilate herds of common men to stay in power.. please name one specific living person who is a member of this elite group..

  Does anyone else go thru book reading spurts? I'm hot and cold. Some months read a lot, then go a month or two without reading a book. Anyways...some of my favorites...

  Did Noah have a pet dinosaur?

  does anyone know offhand what the watchtower teaches about dinosaurs?

  according to the society, did humans and dinosaurs exist together before the flood?

  i dont have a wt cd to research from, how could i go about getting a cd?

  I don't have the WT CD, but my recollection is that they don't say dinosaurs were around in Noah's day. They went extinct long before Noah or Adam & Eve, because Jehovah's purpose for them was done. Something like that.

  Lord of the Flies

  has anybody here read lord of the flies.the book is by william golding and he takes during a world war and it involves 12 boys lost on an island.anybody i like the book because it describes very well human nature at it's worst.

  that deep down we are savage humans bent on killing and destruction.

  the book also made me think that children are not as innocent as we make them out to be.people can do evil to one another if law and order did not exist..

  it seems that religion has always been considered the opium of the people.

  or at least many tend to gravitate towards religion to have or solidify some sort of future with a supreme being overlooking them hoping to have a reward either in heaven or in the jehovah's witnesses case - living forever in a " paradise earth ".

  it seems that people can't just live day to day and let each day come to them with whatever happens.
