i'm on it every couple of days and it's usually to see pics of my grandkids or to get the 411 onwhat's going on..
ive got 2 f/b a/cs---one in my real name--ive taken all xj stuff off it--and all xj friends. so just family and non-xj friends there now.
the other is stan livedeath--100's of xj friends--i tend do dip in and out of jw related groups. but i'm blatantly apostate--so i tend to get slung off some groups lol

while in discussion with an elder from my old congregation, he asked if i had been given an opportunity to see the new bibles yet.. i told him yes that a family member had showed me one a few days back and some of the improvements (changes) that were in it.. as our conversation went along he asked me what i thought of the color.
i said well its certainly different from the black cover i was so used to or even going back further a few decades the green covered bibles when i was a child.
(we both got a chuckle out of that).
i think producing a grey bible is a brilliant idea--well done WTBTS
its---just the UNDERCOAT---the bros can paint it any colour they like--even a rainbow pattern---or--how about camouflage--?

i know of a crack pot religion who believe an invisible giant guy in the sky made the very first man--then made him a partner by using one of his ribs as a starting point. and from these 2 all of us descend from.

this same barmy army believe this same invisible sky daddy is going to destroy everybody on the planet---VERY soon now. except these chosen few--of course.
i mean ---how stupid can you get--??--everyone knows the earth is flat---so--how is the sky daddy going to get at those underneath?

i was "born in" in the 80s - and grew up on a liquid diet of cheap suits and revelation book pictures (i mean really, group after group just staring at the pictures while not listening, i must have spent more time staring at those pictures than i have any work of art in my life, literally hours at each lurid picture).
i "left" in my teens, but apparently lacking any kind of actual sense, returned to studying with a childhood friend from the congregation in my twenties (although i was never baptised, my entire small family were dubs, so i saw more witnesses than "worldly people" on a regular basis.. they love bombed my arse for years!)..
