i have 2 worldly friends and 1 faded jw.. loads of aquaintences but that is my lot.

this makes me feel bitter (because ive led a sheltered life!

how have the rest of you faired?.

i had forgottten this site is open to the public & so the moderator may have considered the photo could have caused offence to someone/somewhere although i would have thought most exjw's would have laughed at it.

as regards my" barely recovering legitimacy"--sorry, i didn't realise i had been put on reproof--i thought i had left that behind me decades ago.

@aude --ha ha! it was just a silly photo-montage of a famous person i found on Facebook & somehow managed to C & P on here.

still it might have been considered offensive either to Borat or the Roman Catholic church. i dont know

perhaps you might care to ask the mod, who removed it!

how can the gb teach that the number 144,000 at rev 7.4 is a literal fixed number?.

they teach that the 12 tribes of 12,000 each at rev 7.5-8 are symbolic and the anointed don't have to be literal israelites.. so either all of it is literal or all of the descriptions of these numbers in rev are symbolic also?.
