  hello fellow apostates.

  here's a fantastic idea to generate some demonic anti-buzz for all those 30hr auxpioneers coming april.. on april first, we rent a big tanker truck and fill it up with cow blood.

  we drive to brooklyn bethel, connect a big freaking pump and spray blood all over the entrance.

  this is an exact copy of my letter to the watchtower.

  it never recieved a reply (i did not include 'attn writing committee' in the address however).

  please keep in mind that when i wrote this i had just started my intensive research into their beliefs/history, and despite my agressive tone i really did expect a satisfactory answer.

  i sat in on the "know your options" reading tonight, and the elder said a couple things i was wondering about:.

  1. he said if a doctor says you have a high risk of dying if you refuse a blood transfusion, he is misleading you.

  he said people "rarely" die from refusing a blood transfusion.

  There is a reason that the literature does not make the statements that this elder does. Statements like this can get you in BIG LEGAL TROUBLE. How much experience does this elder have with administering blood transfusions? How many years did he study medicine? None? Ok.. so how much value should we give to his remarks? Also none.

  I guess it's OK if i'm a serial killer, but I only kill one person a year, because that would mean that I rarely kill people, i mean there are 364 days a year where I don't kill anybody, so I'm not so bad after all.

  Religion is all fine and dandy until they start killing people. This elder is killing people with his ridiculous and flawed statements. He should be jailed.

  We must examine whether what the bible says is true, unless we find that it's not, then we must come up with clever excuses or wait for the writing committee to come up with clever excuses.

  Why do you believe the bible? or not?

  when i began questioning the religion i used the bible and their own statements to prove them wrong.

  now, recently, i have began to realise that maybe the only reason i put any faith in the bible is because i was always raised to.. so my question is, after leaving the watchtower, what was it that made you decide the bible was worthy of belief?.

  i am not asking about any continuing belief in god or disbelief, i am more conscerned about the first step (to me) right now of the bible itself.

  My biggest problem with believing in the bible (apart from many other smaller ones) is that God often states that he is loving and righteous, but his actions show otherwise. Just look for example how many times he made the pharaoh's heart obstinate so he could kill him and many of his people.

  Let's say that I convince George W. Bush to invade Iraq, and then proceed to kill him, his soldiers and every firstborn US citizen because of it. Am not I to blame?

  This is just one example of the many unrighteous and hateful actions of God detailed in the bible.

  *Seriously* Considering A Billboard Ad?

  a full billboard ad in my area along a busy heavily travelled highway would cost about $500.

  would probably get lots of attention and maybe even a news article, who knows.

  $500 is cheap and easily affordable.
