  Pat Garza walked up to me at the Brooklyn Heights promenade ( I had a sign ) and told me she " had been molested by one of the anointed ". I now wish I had talked more with her. Later at 25 Columbia Hts. I saw her with the bullhorn speaking to the crowd which I couldn't hear due to the BQE traffic.

  After getting the Silentlambs March video it all clicked. Yeah, I belived her.

  Nice pictures of the Peace Museum - post pictures when the new "Fair and Balanced Museum" is completed.

  Some years ago I worked for Dr. in his home, he remarked concerning some furnishings I was using that it was the first time in his life he ever bought anything from Japan. The Japs had killed his parents in the Phillipines using all kinds of torture, he said they'd hang women by their breasts etc.

  If a nation wants to act like barbarians they should expect to be treated the same. Hopefully America has learned to go after the leadership and not the civilians though.

  America's pride was wounded by Pearl Harbor and therefore wanted to leave a warning example for other nations.

  Anyone with High Blood Pressure?

  i took my blood pressure last week for the heck of it and it was running high.

  i started to check it everytime i went to the store and it was running high each time.

  i bought home b/p monitor and it is still running a bit high.

  You may want to check out http://www.n3inc.com . My triglycerides dropped almost by half after a month or so on it. I take their marine oil and red yeast rice daily. It dropped my cholesterol about 35%. One's diet accounts for only 10-15% of our cholesterol total, the rest is genitics.

  The founder of this co. did alot of research into this field after his own father died in his 30's from a heart attack.

  That's neat about lecithin. I'll have to do some research into that.

  Cholesterol and heart disease myth or reality?

  for the last 40 years the idea that cholesterol (and saturated fats) clog up the arteries and cause heart disease has predominated yet hundreds of scientists and doctors now doubt whether this is indeed the case e.g.

  half the people that suffer heart attacks have ?normal?

  cholesterol levels.

  Smart Money had an unflattering article on Lipitor victims (The Lipitor Dilemma Nov. 2003) . I'd stick to a natural product to reduce cholesterol which in turn causes plaque which can lead to stroke and heart attack.

  Most fish oil that's sold is junk. And eating fish isn't enough to make a difference. The 2 important ingredients of fish oil that do the trick are EPA/DHA. If one takes good amounts of that they may well avoid a stroke or heart attack. You can pm me if you'd like a reputable company. Eddie Albert took EPA/DHA , he lived well into his 90's. Of course he was into organic veggies too.

  Stop the pain

  There have been younger people who've died early in life, if you start early( on the product) you might live as long as Moses.
