  Hey Nelly thanks a lot for your support and I promise not to put more than one thread at a time but I love sharing my story and helping others thats all. Some people go through situation such as the one I went through and never help anyone with their experiences. I try to help others and of course by me talking to others it provides therpy for me. I have sold a lot of books through my book publishers and some on my own and I give mostly all my proceeds to help someone in need or in similar situations. I know not everyone going to like what I do and I understand that but I must fight for those young children that don't have a voice and if I get beat up for that on a site so be it. Thanks so much and for your comments and I hope to talk to everyone soon!!!

  Hey everyone thanks for the great comments. I will talk to my publishers company about my pricing but I unfortunatly signed an contract and they have final say how everything goes. I didn't come on this site to advertise my book and I sure don't mean to offend anyone but I know my story can help someone that may be ging through the same thing I went through. Also I didn't know I couldn't share my book with the site when I signed up and readeverything. So sorry everyone but I hope you still take a look and support because no matter what we all still need help after beng Witnesses and we do have that in common.

  Hey everyone I wanted to post my new book for all EX-Jehovah Witnesses to look at and read. My book is about my experiences growing up in a abusive and violent home as a Jehovah Witness. The organization changed my life and my mom life and how she views our relationship. My book is entitled "Growing Up A Winess" and the website is www.growingupawitness.com and is available now. My hope is that my book can help everyone especially young people know that you are no alone and you can live your life after being a Witness. Being a Witness was very hard for me and it took me over 20 years to get my life together anbd focus my attention on my life and my life only. For me my mom forgot about my childhood and only focus on her life as a Witness and I want to make sure no one else have to go through tthe experiences I went through as a child.   NEW JW POLICY POSTED!!!

  i don't know if anyone has posted on this already but there is a new press release at http://www.jw-media.org/releases/default.htm?content=bg_molestation.htm that defines the current jw policy and i believe it has taken a step in the right direction!.

  although they have not literally changed it to require reporting to the authorities in all states, they have finally put into print the following: "additionally, the victim may wish to report the matter to the authorities, and it is his or her absolute right to do so.".

  i am glad to see, straight from the wt, acknowledgement that the adults involved have every right to go to the police.

  This is a crazy story but nothing even surprise me about Jehovah Witness when I hear about stories like this.I know when I was a Witness I heard of stories like this in my congregation that's the reason I left. I hope this young kid makes it because things like this can stain his life forever. I went through similar things like this thats why I wrote a book about my experiences. My book is entitled "Growing Up A Witness" and it tells about the things I wnt through with my mom who is still a Witness today. I encourage this young kid to still pray to God and believe in him and not men who run these Relgions.
