WT does NOT own "Military Stock"

i thought this deserved its own thread...below is a reply a made to one of the previous threads ( http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/forum/thread.asp?id=24473&site=3 ) and i am anxious for someone to refute it...or maybe i'm right.. not quite...it seems everyone is muddling the details on this.. it seems that james mccann, who donated the stocks to the wt, invented an improved rotary engine called a rand cam engine.

his company, the rand cam engine corp is a privately held company, but he has donated 50% of the stock to the wt (but retained the voting proxy so the wt has no say in what is going on), he owns 34% and the balance is owned by several shareholders.

this company is half owner of another company called rand energy group.

A faithful sister working in an Army firm as a cleaner. Is the disfellowship to be considered ? Why those smart-cunning slave at Brooklyn not just withdraw all those shares and invest in somewhere else, OR simplier return to Mr McCann (a 'faithful' JDub ?)

Wellcome to the board. The fact is you are here, so you don't care much about the warning on the issue of internet, that our brothers in the KH usually remind us. However, you are here, you will learn many things (most of them are truth about "The Truth")that you may never heard from KH (even though some of our beloved elders may know them, but they can not say even a word to you, for they love their postion than love to expose the true "truth."). I hope you can also read some very useful documents from brother "New Light 2" at the other website so-call "H2O" in order to adapt yourself with things really happening inside WTBTS. Like JanG (from Australia) or Tina (from US)I like to talk to you. They're both good to contact with. I'm rarely visit here for I'm busy (I love to be here more than I can). Open your mind and learn. Forget all the bad languages of some people (keep away from them, I mean). Learn, learn AND don't quit school too soon. Your future depends on your education now. Don't waist your adolesence time with the work (that I should admit now is) "selling books" for a group of greedy people at Brooklyn. They are not non-profit organization,actually, they own 50% shares in a company call Rand Cam (this company also involve in making bombs too-- If you don't believe me, use search engine from yahoo or any web search engine and type "Watchtower own bombs" or type "Watchtower Rand Cam." Patiently a bit, then you will find out (like myself, after 26 years in the truth and worked for 2 Branches, BUT ONLY open the eyes recently to know a sad Truth) When you search like I told you, you will see the name of brother Henshel with 50% shares of Rand Cam engine company, shares now transfer to his wife or daughter name. BUT I still keep a record when it was exactly with Brother Henschel's name, as representative for WTBTS at that company. READ, LEARN and IMPROVE yourself. Again, don't quit school too soon. You should have family latter and rear your children, and this time in your life is important keep studying, don't quit.

WT & Awake Subscription Procedure

i moved into a new area several months ago, and my subscriptions to the watchtower and awake magazines expired.

(note: i'm baaad, not attending meetings in my new area.).

so it'd be easy to renew my subscription, right?

Do you want to have a subscription ? Easy ! Just go to the street, stop one WT dub, ask him for subscription, give him a Post Office Box saying that you have shift work, or your apartment hard to receive mails (lost, easy to confuse and lost to another house nearby etc...), so you have to rent a post Office box to receive all your mails, otherwise you always lost mails. That's it. They're now lost many money for decreasing numbers of JW's dubs, they happy to give you a subscription (don't forget to pay full. This reqirement important for them !!!!MONEY, MONEY, MONEY...Sound likes ABBA's song ?).

because of it, i've ordered and received "crisis of conscience" and have begun to read it.

i've also done many searches about jehovah's witnesses, the watchtower society, disfellowshipping, etc.

Most interestingly, the INSIGHT book (Sodomites will be resurrected) still be relevant as reference encyclopedia of the Society until today, never been revised or updated at all. The REVELATION CLIMAX book still be the study even though by itself it also has a disgusting thing, at page 159, has a picture with an angel giving John (represent “faithful & discreet slave,” as the Society explained) a little scroll. However, in the hand of angel of Jehovah (?) has the symbol of Satanism, a human face seen from side, the face curved likes a half moon !

What Caused Your First Doubt ?

for me it was when i was about twelve years old and my best friends dad was disfellowshipped from the congregation.. i could not understand how a god of love would treat someone so coldly.. i used to think what if that was the way my parents would treat me if i had done something wrong, that would be so hard and cruel.. as i got older another thing that bothered me was the beard issue.

it may sound pretty trivial however the society has always refused to make a good arguement as to why they would give you the old cold shoulder if you were to grow one.. two more items; first i could not understand why all the congregations and all the assemblys would give income reports.

and the society never did.

As for me. First doubt came up when I read Watchtower 1964(?), where Society has an article about Christadelphian group with the introduction is: "They don't believe in Trinity. They don't believe in hellfire. They don't believe in the immortal soul. They don't involve to wars. Who are they? They are not Jehovah's Witnesses, they're Christadelphian...." So I asked myself: "Why should I become a JW, especially when I 've known the Society did involve in sharing prayers for one side in World War I?" Then I start research on material (Publications of WTBTS) with more consideration. Working at a Branch, I found out 2 different versions of the book "Is this Life all there is ?" with a half of a chapter totally different in two versions in same English edition. I did question Brooklyn about it, no one answer and the topic is dropped. However,my local CO had a different behavior to me, I didn't know why (that time I still believe in the love from our "authority brothers"). Then the topic "LIE" in AID book allows Society to lie in some circumstances adds more doubts. The breaking point is the flip-flop doctrine about people in Sodom ressurected or not (again two different versions of Live forever" red-book (this time has 'revised' at the front page, better than the 'is' book). I totally stopped meeting when read all the books of Raymond Franz (former governing body member--titles: "Crisis of Conscience" and "In Search of Christian Freedom") At first I fear of telling my wife about things I found (she may report to PO, look back, I can not even trust my wife, WE DID LIVE IN a CULT, What Else ?). Happily, day by day, drop by drop of fresh water from the truth, I persuade my wife to read what I found. She is now free, too/ Thank Jehovah for helping me in this. I make friend with H2O and know more how Society is NOT a Non-Profit Organization, how they avoid tax (while ask brothers and sisters pay tax to governments), how they own shares in a company making bombs etc...
I should tell all of you more, but I will do so in a book. I just want to say : Now I love Jehovah more than ever and feel pity for our old brothers and sisters who spending hours on the street in winter time to collect money for a group of greedy devils in Brooklyn. I still loving them, and only hope one day they will open their eyes to see what I did see.
