I agree with Leolaia. Why so extreme? Fresh milk (sale at supermarkets) contains blood cells too (1000 units, accroding to rate-approval by F.D.A., if my memory is not bad)

i received news from an elder i know in another congregation.

he told me that things are changing in the way that bethel is running its operations.. i was informed that bethel no longer makes its own ink, but buys it from other companies.. even in the bethel kitchens, there is no more watchtower chicken - meat is bought from outside, this i believe also goes for milk and dairy products too.. can anyone confirm this?

i have reason to believe it is probably true.. i wonder what would happen if the wt suppliers go out of business?

A conversation with JW's about blood fractions

being an ex-jw for some years now, we assumed that jw's would have some answers to the blood fractions allowed since they can no long claim they abstain from blood.

we recently were called on by an elder and what appeared to be a brother he was training.

they gave us blood videos, both of which spoke nothing about what was allowed.

Mind you, you can stop any JDub at the door (even he is an elder or ministerial servant) Ask them: "Which fraction is allowed to be transfused, which one is not. And if not, why not?" No one can answer directly. Any knowledge are ready-made from "leaders" [of A Cult], Sorry to say, but because if no individual of Jehovah's Witnesses (rank and file Jdubs) can answer by his or her own conscience, what else but Cult's member? Step by Step follow up "leaders." Blindly following-up is a symptom of a cult. Nothing else. jwsons

the pertinent information dealt with confirmation that a ngo by the name of the watchtower bible and tract society of new york , inc. (watchtower) held an ?associated ngo?

this may not seem as an important issue to the united nations.

1) a photocopy of the original 1991 letter from the watchtower to the dpi requesting an application form for ?associate ngo?

I like to see this idea works. BUT, I really don't like The WacoTower and Dark Society give UN hard time. They can sue UN if UN expose the secrecy files. This is the law. Whenever an organization register with UN, the private file can not be exposed. WTS need money.

but when i go on www.un.org, i can't figure out how to get to the watchtower.

i don't see any links to the dpi/ngo section.
