a dolphin or a praying mantis may have alien perceptions of what is "good".
Is it moral that female circumcision is an acceptable practice in some countries, whereas we can definitely say that this procedure (cultural norm in those countries) is absolutely detrimental to the individual. In what world could you possibly conceive female mutilation as being morally good? So, no, some cultures add nothing to the well-being of individuals that happen to be born in that country/culture/population. Yet, to undergo this ritual is seen as being morally upright. Something that ought to be done.

I don't believe claims by people who believe in bigfoot, fairies, etc etc. Therefore, they don't exist.
I don't believe any anecdotal evidence given by theists for thier god. Therefore, god (a-z) doesn't exist.
Evidence is not a perspective. It is evidence! Give me evidence and my mind can be changed. Simple.
Or god can just make me believe - WITHOUT - any human agency interpreting how god has already made his existence plain to me. (yawns)

you can talk about free will/sin/people choosing to not listen to god etc to explain human suffering being allowed.. but how can you love a god that allows animals, that haven't sinned or chosen to not have anything to do with god, to have their short lives ended in often long, drawn out, painful ways.
