  or that the UN will do as the JWs teach...

  Even IF that ever happened, the Watchtower Corp will be one of the first to go.

  So I hope the JWs are right about the UN getting rid of religion, I would love to see the Watchtower Corp burn!

  i was googling something when i came across a random article from last month, it was regarding the witnesses child abuse policies.

  i search an article and see the name of a man i do not recognize, in his late 60's who got away with abusing a young child.

  finally he was brought to justice, after approx 30 years.

  i believe that the children that were killed in warfare by the israelites were taken to heaven with god.

  looking at the wt dec 15th 2010 (cool-aid ed) on page 23, made me think that the borg should just come out & say what they really mean.. we no longer speak of the new order but of the new world.

  The Watchtower and FCC 'Family Guy' Episode

  i dont know if anyone on here is a fan of family guy (on adult swim, awwwwesome!

  ) but everytime i see the family guy fcc episode when the fcc tried to step in and censor everything, it made me think of the governing body trying to step in and censor everything in everyone's lives.

  the guys come in suits to peter and lois house after lois calls the fcc on peter (at first the fcc censors tv then they start to censor 'real life' ex: farts, martial and premartial sex, curse words, etc).

  a couple of months ago i had to visit my hometown, and while i was there, i decided that i was gonna have a few words with my family about what i now believed.

  while i was being careful about choosing the right time, my sis just came out with it herself and wanted to know what the deal was.

  I've had similar talks with one of my relitives but they have been a borg member for waaaaay too long to see logic. They just didn't listen and kept bringing up dorky JW talk to discredit me. It was like talking to a brick wall that spoke back in riddles.

  I've never heard that one.

  Why would you need to pick up door-knobs for 5 years? What's the reasoning behind that?
