Definitely. I always dressed pretty snappy, but I sometimes will wear things tastefully sexy. Little cleavage if the occasion is ok. I have a couple of shorter skirts that look pretty cute with the right ensemble and dont look slutty.

the mrs has given all but 1 away to the charity shops and i have loads more room in me wardrobe now.
what items of clothing did you get rid of when you got out of the cult ?

Are many couples having babies in order to be less zealous?
by trillaz inwith some, you hear them say they don't want to raise children in this system... until they have children all of a sudden.. i know of many couples who are not only on their first child but multiple ones.
or if they are newlywed, they soon.

Christmas weekend with the JWs
by wifeofjw ini have been married 10 years and i have been with my family and the non-jw in laws for christmas.
this year the hubby asked me to go to a resort with a bunch of jws over the christmas week.
maybe it was not the best idea, but i love my hubby and thought once might not be too bad.

Take the Kids Exposed to JW Stuff to the Disney Movie, "TANGLED." Great Message For Them
by OnTheWayOut ini took my wife to this movie and pried her a bit on the way home to make her think about how sometimes the people we trust are our enemies.. the disney movie, tangled, is their spin on the repunzel story.
i'll try not to spoil their movie and still make the point of why this is a great movie to take a jw to, the older and closer to adulthood the better.
you total adults with jw adult loved ones should drag them to it.. the villain takes repunzel away from her life (as a baby) and keeps her in "the tower" for her own evil purposes.

Taking legal action against the JWs for DFing??? Need serious advice
by 2pink ini posted a thread a bit earlier about our impending judicial committee/dfing for celebrating "false religious holidays".
they have seen decor on the outside of our house, so i guess that is their "evidence" that we engage in false religion now!
my husband and i have talked and are serious about taking legal action against the jws if they try to df us against our will.

Sticky Situation - What to do?

i have left it alone for many years but i wonder what you guys think.. i faded away from the cult and stopped going for quite a while.
my older sister took it upon herself to meet with my family and discuss all my sins and actions (they were active).

If I were you, I would write an anonymous letter from one of her Jdub friends "Dear Sis and Bro Partyanimals, I want you to know that your actions are not unknown to others. Many of your dear friends are so concerned with you going astray. Please return to Jah, and you will be blessed. If we do not see any acts befitting of repentance, we will have to follow the admonision in the scriptures and turn you in to a judicial committee so we can keep our congregation clean." That would def freak her out a little.

my romantic desires increase too, and i guess that falls under the umbrella of sex drive?
i mean, i can appreciate women during the spring and summer, on beaches, in parks, whatever.
