the overlapping group generation championed by the same speaker, in the earlier teaching refers to "-- joseph and his generation died --" as key generation proof ext.

we have the tacit admission that his core contemporary family generation group spans less than a decade.

There are only two meanings for the word generation in the gospels; either one set of parents to the next or the people at a given time time living contemporaneously.

The Watchtower changes the meaning of words to fit it's own faulty eschatology regardless of consistency of biblical usage.

found out he was disfellowshipped, and he was trying to figure out how to make things work.

i am not a jw, and his family is not supportive of the relationship.

For those who are STILL believing Christians...

the latest watchtower of august 2020 discusses on page 15, "how will the resurrection likely take place?".

since learning real truths as opposed to the org's version of truth, has your view of the resurrection changed significantly?

just one example - regardless of psalm 37:9,11,29: matthew 5:5 & revelation 21:3,4, do you now believe that our destination is heaven rather than earth?.

Well RR,

I believe in 3 classes of Christians; overcomers, undercomers, and squeakers by, who are all heaven bound children of God saved eternally because of their faith in Christ; eternal life being a gift, not a reward.

Overcomers are those who look like Jesus, bearing 100 fold fruit of the Spirit, the others 60 fold and others 30 fold. All will be rewarded with authority according to their works produced in cooperation with the Holy Spirit.

Well that's what I think and I do believe I have God's view on that. 😇
