  Conditions of Watchtower Baptism

  i understand that there are 80 to 100 questions that would-be witnesses must answer correctly before they can be considered eligible for "christian baptism".

  however i have noticed that none of the questions relate to the 607destruction, the 1914 invisible presence and enthronement, or even the 1919 appointment of the faithful slave.. now some may feel my question is ridiculous, but bear with me.. will jehovah's witnesses baptize someone who answers all 100 questions satisfactorily, but rejects 607, 1914 and 1919 and the events the watchtower associates with these dates if they agree not to express their rejection to others?.

  Doctors needed a court order to treat a newborn baby on Wednesday in Quebec City. His parents, Jehovah's Witnesses, refused any blood transfusion for religious reasons.

  "Baby-girl", as she is referred to in court documents, was born with an abdominal mass requiring emergency surgery, according to the diagnosis of doctors at the Center Mère-Enfant de Québec (CHUL).

  Without emergency intervention, specialists believe that the child could die.

  Originally from Bellechasse, her parents agreed with the surgery, but refused to allow their daughter to receive any transfusion of blood products.

  court judgment

  The Hospital Center therefore appealed urgently to the Superior Court the day after the birth.

  The settlement's motion argued that "the defendants' right to life and security of the child must take precedence over the freedom of their religious beliefs."

  The judge agreed with the hospital and allowed the doctors to perform the operation. They can perform blood transfusions if needed.

  I bet the parents are hapified that the decision was out of their hands

  You can suspect Witnesses are lying if they answer NO to the following questions:

  1 Are there any aspects of your religion that trouble you or perhaps make you uncomfortable?

  2 Would you say that all other religions are essentially satanic or part of Satan's kingdom?

  3. Do you believe that God is planning to destroy all other religions including the churches of Christendom along with their clergy and supporters?

  4. Do you believe, perhaps with rare exceptions, that only faithful Jehovah's Witnesses have a scriptural hope of surviving Armageddon?

  5. Do you believe that Jehovah's Witnesses who willfully and unrepentantly accept blood transfusions forfeit the hope of gaining eternal life?

  You can suspect Witnesses are lying if they answer YES to the following questions:

  6. Would you say that Witnesses are free to question and even disagree with what comes down from your religion's headquarters? (without repercussion?)

  7. Do you know of any honorable way for a Jehovah's Witness to leave your religion? (In other words, can people leave the religion with their reputation intact?)

  8. Do you believe that adult Jehovah's Witnesses, who either leave or are disfellowshipped from your religion, should not be shunned?

  9. If you somehow lost faith in your religion's primary leadership, would you keep your faith in God and the Bible?

  10. Do you believe that the gospel Jehovah's Witnesses preach is the same gospel that Paul preached?

  Fisherman has been onboard JWN for close to 20 years. He (or she) was an apostate 16 years ago judging from his dismissal of WTS blood policy posts and admitted prior Watchtower indoctrination.

  Why he has now chosen to pretend to be a Witness or at least a WTS supporter is beyond me.
