is it just me, i have hit the booze quite heavily after leaving the borg, have now got it pretty much within my control now, but for a long time it did keep me from thinking about the crap that i have gone through!!.

Up until about two years ago, I was drinking almost every night. I told a family member that I felt caught in the middle. I wasn't really "Worldly" and I was certainly not a Witness. She understood because, although she was a JW at the time, she had been df'd in the past and was doing the same things I was doing.

i happened to find a studies in the scriptures volume of "divine plan of the ages" on ebay.

i was able to get it for about 12 bucks.

i should have it in a few days.

I can't believe I made such a stupid mistake and mispelled "Divine" as "Diving"........I wish I could change it......oh well.
I can't wait to get my hands on the book. I think my grandmother had a copy when I was a kid.

There are only one billion possible SSN's. Think about it. nine digits each 0 through 9. Which makes the possible combinations 10 to the 9th power. which would be 1,000,000,000. There are about 330 million people in the United States. Of course they will have to reissue SSN's. It's mathematically impossible to issue more than one billion without reissuing or recycling them. After the population has turned over three times, they have to be reused.

I happened to find a Studies in the Scriptures volume of "Divine Plan of the Ages" on ebay. I was able to get it for about 12 bucks. I should have it in a few days. Can anyone give me some insights into the book, or if there are any references I should look at right away?
I can't wait to show my mom my new purchase and show her what the WT was teaching when Jesus selected them in 1914.....er 1918...er 1919.....whichever it was.
Any help would be appreciated.
BTW.....I also found that the entire "Studies in the Scriptures" series has been republished. I don't know who the publisher is, but they are selling it on ebay.

I prefer a democratic state where Israel is now. Israel is a Jewish State, which by its own definition makes it a racist state. There are elections in Israel, but it is not democratic - Arab Israelis do not have an equal voice and the Jewish majority is protected in its constitution. Israel is not democratic, and therefore has no right to exist in its current form in my opinion.

You are absolutely incorrect in this. The Arabs blocked the Suez canal and wouldn't allow shipping into or out of Israel. Israel viewed this as an act of war and completely waxed the asses of the Arabs in the 6 days war of 1967.
The US didn't get involved militarily. They didn't have to. Israel did have and still does have plenty of military power to obliterate every Arab nation if they wanted to.
The Palestinians are basically refugees who no other nations would take in. Jordan kicked them out, and Egypt wouldn't take them in. The unfortunate thing is that the Palestinians are basically pawns for the Arab nations to use to continually pester and kill Israelis.
