  I was sexually, emotionally, and physically abused, but I would never even dream of doing that to my own two boys, because (1) they're all I have, (2) it's illegal (duh), (3) and children don't know any better--so why are you severely punishing them for something they don't know any better about?

  Yes, I have mildly spanked them (a couple of taps on the backside) on occasion and may have screamed at them a couple of times, but I've never done anything to them what was done to me up until my 18th b-day.

  So I say no, not all abused children turn out to be abusive adults.

  How many ex-jw's that are christians now believe jews are going to hell?

  my born-again christian friend that help me leave the wts is devoted to telling jews that they are going to hell for not believing in jesus christ.

  i tell him all the time that i believe that jehovah and jesus going to save jews if their worship is sincere.

  he insist that jews and anybody that is not a born-again christian is going to burn in hell for eternity.

  this is for those of you who sent me a private message saying you dont believe me, your letting your old jw traits come out, you know, not believing things when the facts stare you in the face unless it comes from the org.

  maybee you should go back and re join them.. to confirm what happened .

  i was at a john denver concert in the uk many years ago, he asked all catholics to stand up, after he got them seated he did the same with church of england, then the same with a couple of other religions, after he asked all jw's to stand up he announced that the concert would not go on untill they had all left and he then left the stage.

  of course, different people enjoy different types of humour, so there will be a wide variety of responses, but if you could mention why you find that person funny, personally, it would be appreciated.. i would have to say that i have to pick two people.

  i enjoy having humour displayed in a tasteful manner, but with wit.

  a life-lesson taught with a laugh is about as good as it gets, imo, even if i am not capable of accomplishing that very well myself.

  The menorah was damaged Dec. 13, two days before Hanukkah came to an end. The men said they thought the Jewish symbol was a broken Christmas ornament.

  I SEE STUPID PEOPLE.

  "We're going to catch hell for this," Goad said after his arrest. "That was pretty dumb."

  I was at a John Denver concert in the UK many years ago, he asked all Catholics to stand up, after he got them seated he did the same with Church of England, then the same with a couple of other religions, after he asked all JW's to stand up he announced that the concert would not go on untill they had all left and he then left the stage. The next day it hit the headlines in the press. As an ex witness I'm not in love with them myself but that was disgusting. Not only was he a fanatical born again Christian he was a wanker.

  Oh, holy f**k yeah, I've heard about that one while I was still in the Org...after that there was actually a ban on all hippie and John Denver music.

  No skin off my back. He was a dork anyway. No offense to present company. You guys are cool.

  I was Molested by my CO grandfather

  i was molested by my grandfather from the age of 3 to 7. he was also molesting his daughter (my aunt) and maybe others.

  it was covered over and my entire family was actually shunned when we went to the elders when i was 18. i did not tell anyone about it until then because my grandfather had me believing our relationship was special and it was our little secret.. when confronted, he of course denied it.

  my mother even spoke up of a time when he had tried to molest her when she was 8 months pregnant with one of my brothers.
