i smoked for a week when i was 15, i quit when i started studying.
my "smoking" then was only a few cigarettes, i was by no means addicted.
that and the fact they are so much cheaper abroad than here in England.
oh, wow. I didn't know that. I thought weed was cheap everywhere you go. I live right on the border of Mexico, so you know drugs are cheap. They had an article in the local paper about drug busts across the border, and said that marijuana is going for $4/gram while cocaine is $63/gram. Liars--I can get a gram for $40!

Never did understand that law in America. Cant drink alcholol until you are 21 but you can carry a gun?!
In America, we say "old enough to die for your country but not old enough to drink." funny: when I joined the military I was almost 21. It really sucked being on lockdown knowing that I should have been drunk off my ass and passed out on a table. Knew I should have sneaked a booze flask in, because they gave us one drawer in our locker that we could put a padlock on, which meant that it would never get checked (it's the new army now).

Wish I could, it's the annual Dish Network Summit, all the big players will be there, and I'm on the Board for our company...no getting out of it. I guess I'll have to catch the next one. Maybe it's da devil tryin to keep me from doin what's right and I need to quit my job and wash windows...

People who hunt and peck on a keyboard are ok, because they usually don't make much noise doing it. But there is this one instructor at my school who lets the whole world know that he can't type worth-a-f**k! His typing measures 6.6 on the Richter Scale because he really bears down on the keyboard. I swear to God I'll be three rooms away and still be annoyed by his infernal hunt-and-peck assault. It's so loud that it makes my teeth hurt.
I feel like I want to walk up and start screaming in his ear: "OH, FOR CHRIST SAKE! TAKE A F**KING TYPING CLASS ALREADY!! AAAAAGGHHH!"

a fart can be short, or a fart can be long, some farts have been known to sound just like a song,,,,.
a fart can create a most curious medley, a fart can be harmless, or silent, but deadly,,,,.
My favorite is when you're in a public place kinda by yourself and you let one rip--then people start to come in and wonder if the place is being fumigated or something. When I'm in the computer lab, I just tell people that fat pc hardware instructor guy did it and they totally believe me.
Just my personal experience though.

The end of April is quite a ways away, and you need time for yourself. That's why I'm not working now: I was constantly sucking up to people. It totally cramps my style.
But that's just me. Maybe this client thing is really important and they possibly can't reschedule.
Or maybe I should just shut up before I get slapped by Big Tex, because what I just said sounded really selfish right now.

I can go on a three week holiday without smoking at all so really don't feel addicted to either pot of baccy, although will admit if pot is in the house it will tend to get smoked.
I don't see how anyone can get addicted to weed. If so, it's just a psychological addiction, like "i need to get high so I can be artistic" or "some things are better when you get stoned"(movies, etc.). For me, weed is just a because-I-can or once-in-a-blue-moon-whenever-the-hell-I-feel-like-it sort of thing. The only thing I don't like about weed is that it makes me all dopey; and I'd rather be alert and know what the hell is going on.
