  are there any Dubstep producers out there?

  i'm trying to find someone that specifically makes dubstep with ableton 9. i have few questions if i could just ask them i'll be out of your hair but i'm really interested and hoping someone is out there that is willing to answer them.. .

  p.s. i'm HORRIBLE at EQING, I wish I was more competent in it. Any suggestions in that? If I layer 3 instruments into a group, creating sub mid and hi as one sound and then have three other sounds also created the same way, How do I make it so that all three groups can play together without sounding muddy? Suggestions?

  I'm basically trying to understand the concepts here. i've been working with some killer sounds, but the intricate complexity of different sounds and the layering of basses is what my questions deal with. I was wondering when creating a dubstep track, how does you arrangement work? how do you put the arrangement together. Now in the main stream music industry...you got your intro chorus etc.. but my question deals with each individual sound. When you create it do you create sub med and hi for each individual unique sound you throw in or do you only create it for the main sound flow?

  Thank you for your kind words. I appreciate everyone's input. I do want to keep humble but do not wish to look at my career in terms of 'thousands of people trying to get in' ...i want to keep the faith and say 'Am I getting better than myself 2 years ago.' or what not. I'm sure there's a lot of musicians out there that are talented and agree with you. I don't think i'm super talented, but i'm talented enough to make it. I will be making a music video and putting it on youtube. The moment this occurs, I will be more than happy to send a link to you guys. The thing i'm wondering about copyrighting is that ALL my music is digital. I don't have sheet music or anything. But I created the leads, melodies, cuts, accents, accompaniments, etc.. etc.. etc... etc.. It's all digital, does this pose a problem copyrighting?

  How are you copywriting your material? Again, all i know is music, I don't know anything about the legal aspects and stuff. How do I copywrite this? I do want to copywrite it BEFORE I put it on youtube. I'm concerend this is 'too good' and someone will swipe it.

  I've compeleted some songs that are extremely raw/catchy/and different. You've probably heard it before, i'm sure as many people hear things like this before in the industry.

  I need some guidance. I have a demo that I think is extremely good, better than any song i've made so far. Every person i've shared with it, has used those words 'catchy, different, unique.'

  I work a day time job. I am trying to figure out how i can get this out there. i KNOW if people hear it, they will get it 'stuck in their head.' but not in a bad way, but a good way. (People are already doing/saying that). I just need someone to recognize the talent. But i know that people like britney spears and christina, lil wayne and etc.. just take someone else's music, put their lyrics on it, and POW! millions of dollars roll into them but the person that made the heart and core of the song, are just sitting around with their 4k check.

  i do have a plan, for this, and how to promote it, but I'm trying to cut the time, by hopefully getting sponsored so i don't have to work a full time job so I can complete a full album. I am NOT asking you to sponsor me, that's not what i'm asking for. The thing is I don't want to get caught in the music industry trap. Where people take your song and just use it to make money themselves, or some stupid contract that doesn't go with your best benefit. Now i'm sure you will say 'get a lawyer' that's not in my budget right now. i guess i'm asking for guidance into, how do I find an agent, what's the cost? How do I get it on the air? I don't want to be a sucker and get sucked into a contract or a FAKE agent that steals my song and uses it himself and promotes it for adifferent band or whatever.

  I just need someone to see the talent, and realize this will go viral on the net once I put it on but I don't know how to get it into the right hands. Any thoughts?

  i was wondering if i could ask someone to speak to me about the terms in which they make with the venue in order to sell products at their arenas.

  i'm trying to sell t shirts, hats, posters, etc.. but i'm wondering if there's anyone out there that could tell me what is the legitimate process to go through.

  i know i need a sellers permit and all that jazz, but i guess i'm worried about getting ripped off by a venue, giving them 50% or something of total sales or whatever... so i was hoping there's someone here that does this, and can kinda guide me on the normal/average percentages venues get, how the process works and everything.

  i'm sorry to have to ask this on the board, but i just got my neuroamp, and laptop and everything, and the guy was suppose to send me this cause i paid 200.00 extra for it, and he sent me a 'course manual' and it's not the ptsd protocol by susan.

  and if i buy the new one, it's 300 bucks, so i've spent 500.00 trying to get this then.

  this specifically deals with Alpha-theta training and treatment. It includes 8 dvd discs, of the 24 sessions with 12 of it being alpha theta. Anyone of this?
