  I yelled at dubs today ( again )

  so i roll up to the job site and looky there, two uber pioneer dubs dragging themselves down the sidewalk.

  both ladies are in there early 60's and born in.. my heart started pumping, but i had to act.i was directly across the street from them.

  i walked right to the sidewalk and said in a very loud, but not mean voice: "you can't teach overlapping generations from the bible!!

  Why did you feel ashamed of yourself? If you hadn't done it you may have felt disappointed in yourself at a missed opportunity.

  It does take courage and all the emotions may cause us to behave in a way that is not ideal but you know better for next time if tha is the way you feel.

  What you did was great. Here are two JWs going from house to house, generally unwelcome and trying to recruit people into their cult, to get trapped like them. Given their age, it is likely that they shun someone related to them. They are happy to lecture everyone else, they won't accept any non JW religious leaflets, what's left? Openly telling them what's wrong with their religion. Well done.

  this week marks her one year since her coming home from nicu.

  she has been growing and changing so much these last few months in particular.

  a brother who is not baptized ( so there's still hope for him ) had a sister recently run into him at a store.

  show wanted to know if he's going to the kingdom hall.

  she asked him to write a letter for her to give to his mother ( who's deceased) in the paradise explaining why he didn't make it.

  Watchtower disputes $200K tax bill from Newburgh

  town of newburgh — the watchtower bible and tract society of new york is challenging nearly $200,000 in fire and other special district taxes assessed for three town of newburgh properties, including two hotels the organization bought to house volunteers helping build its world headquarters in warwick.. in a petition filed in orange county court last month, the umbrella organization for jehovah’s witnesses claimed that the town “either unintentionally as a mistake or intentionally and without lawful authority” miscoded the former hilton on crossroads court and the former hampton inn on route 300 for 2016, 2017 and this year.. with a combined market value of nearly $23 million, the hotel properties were not assessed town, county and school taxes for those years.

  but the town assessed $196,000 charges for the orange lake fire district and lighting and water districts during those years.. newburgh also assessed $1,600 in special district taxes over three years for a vacant commercial property watchtower owns at route 17k and route 300.. “petitioner would not be required to pay the resulting unjust charges if its exemption from taxes had been justly, correctly, and lawfully granted and administered,” watchtower’s attorneys wrote in the organization’s petition in county court.. watchtower bought the two hotel properties in 2014 as it built its 1.6 million-square-foot headquarters on kings drive in warwick.

  According to the article they did pay it for a couple of years and are now asking for a refund, which means they initially agreed to the payment but now want it back. Things are really getting desperate for them, they are scraping the bottom of the barrel.

  The Children Act - Emma Thompson - advertised on ITV One - prime time.

  as you probably know "the children act" is a film starring emma thompson as a high court judge deciding whether or not to transfuse a teen jw.

  it is due to be on general release in the uk on august 24th 2018. september 14th usa.. its shortened trailer is being advertised in the uk on the biggest independent tv channel - namely itv - at prime time.

  just seen it in advertisment breaks between 6pm and 7pm uk time.. thought you might like to know..

  Last Man Standing - With very little effort, if they would humbly accept the helps offered them, these judges and politicians and law enforcers could make and enforce the correct decisions in the cases of JWs of any age with respect to refusing blood products that will save life.
  
  

  
  The Organization would be forced to face the realities of their stand - God's laws before man's. Could they accept medical treatment or be hospitalized knowing that a blood transfusion would be administered?

  Agression @ latest Broadcasting

  what i don’t get, is the agression seen in the latest, september broadcasting.. if something is not usefull here at g.’s home, we look if it can be used for an other purpose or store it or put it away in a trash bin.

  that’s what we learn our children.. it seems that for jw.org officials it is practice to get very angry and smash items on the floor.

  somehow the real face of brotherhood is showed here.

  He must be good buddies with his mate Anthony Morris III, otherwise know as Tight Pants Tony.
  
  Of all the Governing Body members Tight Pants got mentioned on two separate occasions in this latest Broadcast. One was to suggest viewers watch something he had previously broadcast and the second time was to introduce his morning worship about being disciplined to not watch "Days of Our Lives" and other Soap Operas.
  
  It's a pity he doesn't have a good sense of humor, he's find himself laughing at his speeches.

  I watched the whole interview as well. At the start I saw how long it was going to be and wondered if I would watch it all but once I got into it the time flew. It was very interesting and confirms the opinions I already have of you Sacha. You are a very considerate and thoughtful person. Your wife is also a lovely person as well, very conscientious, loving and supportive person.

  It was an appalling demonstration. If you've been molded into a useless vessel then the only option is to smash you into smithereens, don't even think that it is possible to be reshaped into a fully functional and useful vessel, even though you're still like a delicate glass, vulnerable in the hands of it's owner.
