Millennium Promises

does anyone have wts quotations showing that the great crowd members will only be declared righteous and receive everlasting life at the close of the millennium?.

They teach that they are declared righteous now but in a different way to how the anointed are declared righteous. What happens at the end of the 1,000 years is that the claim they then become children of God.

I wonder what excuses they are giving. It must be humiliating and embarrassing for the Bethel Branch brothers to have to explain why they don't feel they have a moral obligation to join the scheme.

Given that joining is voluntary, the Watchtower probably considers it impossible to join. If they voluntarily contributed funds as compensation for victims in Australia then they would have to do it on a worldwide basis. By joining they would be acknowledging that they did have a moral obligation.

I wonder if Australia is included in this November preaching campaign to Politicians and businesses? The letter does say it is a global preaching campaign. That will be so crazy given that many politicians know they wouldn't join the redress scheme.

The Motive of the Governing Body

i have been quiet of late, developing other interests, happy that there are a whole group of people producing great resources.

however, i found some old emails from ray franz that promoted me to write an article that answers a question i regularly receive.

it is in regards to the motive of governing body members.

It is a good suggestion but I wonder if we are missing a point that Paul was trying to convey. In particular, why is he talking about GB members who have been appointed since the year 2000 since there are 4 of the current 8 members that were appointed before the year 2000?

Thank you Paul for a very well reasoned out article. It's always great to read letters that were written by Ray Franz, who himself was humbled by his loss of position.

When you say 'raised', I think of that as being raised as a child in the religion. Tony Morris didn't come into the religion until he left the Army and became a GB member in 2005.

What Do You Think Of Fining People For Not Wearing A Mask?

some towns in massachusetts are fining people 1000 dollars for not wearing a mask 😷 outdoors.

starting wednesday, the governor mandates everyone from 2 years of age up, must wear a mask or get a 300 dollar fine!.

of course some governors are recommending that you rat out anyone that doesn’t follow their orders.. i don’t like it!👎🏿.
