Kim and Mike state in their latest video that they have other information that they are unable to share. I am wondering if that information is evidence that makes the accusation provable beyond reasonable doubt?
In their YouTube they don't present the accusation as being just that, an accusation but talk about the evidence they have already made public and what was disclosed within that, as being factual.

It was Kim Brooks that posted the statement by Marko the other day and she states she did so to protect his identity. I don't know why a person's identity needs to be protected when they are making such a serious claim. It was Kim/Mike that knew to was this same Marko that posted the emails claiming to be between Lloyd and a 14 year old. They congratulate him for doing so on this thread.

Back in 2017, many of us contacted the British authorities, only to be told "Without a victim, without first-hand knowledge, like his wife, AND the perp fled the country,...NOTHING can be done"
Croatia authorities were contacted, "The crime was committed in Britain, so unless a crime is committed in Croatia, nothing can be done"
A number of ex JWs say they have now reported this claim, including Marc. I believe Marc & Cora are supportive friends of Kim & Mike so I don't think Kim & Mike would be happy to see them report to the police unless there was very credible evidence. But it's not being presented to us/publicly and it could be that they are trying to protect certain people.
But why be happy to see some allegations being presented publicly, even being a catalyst for it knowing that it could not be substantiated? Since Mike & Kim have been happy to see this Marko present new 'evidence', it would suggest, going by Kim & Mike's comment above, that one of two things have recently happened.
That is -
They have found the victim who is willing to testify and/or
Lloyd's wife is willing to testify (and present any evidence that she has, if those emails are real she would likely be the source of them)
I don't believe the set of emails were ever presented publicly when the claim originally was made by Marko a number of years ago. Why not? Why would Lloyd's wife give them to him now when he broke her trust with private information a number of years ago?
Marko has also closed his twitter account very recently.
None of this is making much sense and anyone claiming to have contact with Marko aren't coming out with any information that is logical or makes it all credible.

Newly enlightened - We have been friends with Marko since 2015.

If you believe him to be a real person, can you provide the evidence? Do you know if Marko has made any other ex JW 'friends'?

The metadata in the document shows it was written by Kim Brooks. She and her husband have a long and antagonistic history with Lloyd and have been known to peddle in misinformation before. The document itself is largely being promoted by accounts on twitter and this sub that were created around the same time this controversy started. At this point, the i think it is wise to treat this statement with a healthy bit of skepticism.

Most JWs don't have access, including Bethel wives. It wouldn't be surprising that not one female JW has access.

Slander is not a crime, it is a civil matter whereas harassment is criminal and he mentions harassing in his statement. He also says that he is seeking legal protection which suggests that he is not talking about suing but some form of protection maybe in the form of a cease and desist.
What's interesting is that he claims most of the information said about him is untrue but he does not mention Kim once or even what sex the 'person' is. He only refers to the person as having been a close colleague and volunteer.
It's sad that he has no understanding as to why Kim felt the need to disclose the information about him. How can he have any understanding of abuse victims if this is the case?

The Blue Envelope from Youtube had done some research into his history and found that in 1975 Anthony and his wife stood down from full time witnessing. It was that year that their first son Jessy was born. His second son was born in 1977. This means that this talk that he gave to his sons couldn't have taken place until the 1980s.

There's a lot of censoring going on at ex JW Reddit, moderators have even asked that they use the term sex worker instead of hooker or prostitute. What term did Lloyd use?

Yes, in the latest GB update (2022 No 1) Kenneth Cooky explains the problems with social isolation and that even the bible talks against it.
He says
- One cause for anxiety is social isolation
- Proverbs 18:1 "Whoever isolates himself pursues his own selfish desires, he rejects all practical wisdom"
- There are ways of fighting back at the anxiety that isolation can cause in our hearts such as turning your camera on and waving when connecting to zoom meetings, turning it on earlier, leaving later and going into break out rooms.
They are blatantly aware of the importance of socializing and serious dangers of isolation (or shunning), and well know that their df policy is based on isolation. This shows what an unloving organisation this is.

Previously, the President of the WB&TS kept changing doctrine taught to Jehovah's Witnesses. Currently, the Governing Body does this.
