pictures for or of pimos
by waton ina picture so embarrassing, even wtbts inc does not want to describe it?
this week's study, no 52, march 1 2020 wt dec 1919. picture description (on page 27) for pages 23 and 26 but not for the one on page 24, too embarrassing?
picture it, page 24. the wt lady, with a head volume ~8 times that of the gentlemen sitting behind her, eager to have her voice boom in the kingdom hall, raising arms with 3 other "sisters", whereas all 4 males are abstaining.

When I used to attend in the 70s and early 80s babies were in prams. The isles were wide enough to allow for a pram to be put next to the mother. In that picture the lady, possibly the mother, has been oddly placed in an extra chair in the isle, where a pram would otherwise be. -

Confidentiality by the WBTS
by ZindagiNaMilegiDobaara inhow the wbts has definitely broken confidentiality in their own words!!!.
proverbs 25:9 "do not reveal what you were told confidentially".
a body of odours letter refers to this verse and instructs them when handling congregational matters involving legal issues.if an elder were to breach this (minister-communicant privilege prevents any body of odour from revealing things said in private to him by a member), then he automatically waivers the minister-client privilege.

Due to the headship rule, if a female were to confess a sin, the father or husband would always be informed. Their is no confidentiality for them.

May 2020 Watchtower They Admit, they don't know
by Listener inthey'll write pages and pages of stuff and yet they don't have any idea.. here's a paragraph from their latest speculations on future events, bolding is mine.. a prophecy recorded by ezekiel gives some insight into what may happen during the last days of the king of the north and the king of the south.
if we view the prophecies of ezekiel 38:10-23; daniel 2:43-45; 11:44–12:1; and revelation 16:13-16, 21 as speaking about the same time period and events, it appears that we can expect the following developments.. that's an awful lot of assumptions to make.
what they've done is picked out various scriptures from different parts of the bible and now state that they may or may not be talking about the same events.

They fail to explain why theses scriptures are even talking about an event in the future when they have already been fulfilled. -

When China sneezes ..... !!!!!!
by fulltimestudent ini'm being a smartarse with that title.
its a play on an old saying in ozland (australia) which was, "when the usa sneezes, australia gets pneumonia" which was meant to describe the economic clout of the usa on the economic life of australia.. but first, a (hopefully) quick personal story.
two weeks ago, i went with some chinese friends to a house auction in hurstville (a suburb in sydney, which is now a popular suburb for cantonese speaking chinese).

One of my sons completed a degree in Cyber Studies at a W.A. University. In the first year he would be up at midnight, worrying and so frustrated. They were making the students work in teams to complete assignments but they were pairing the Australian students with virtually either non English speaking Chinese Students or Chinese Students that were not capable of doing the work or were just disinterested.
In the end my son would either make them put him in a group with other Aussies or he would just team up with the one or two Aussies in his group and they would work very hard to do the whole assignment between themselves and basically exclude the Chinese.
This meant that my son and his fellow Aussies were able to get a lot more out of their studies than was ever intentioned. It backfired for the Uni's but was great for those like my son who were okay with putting in the extra work. He's getting well paid now.
We didn't understand why this was happening until we saw a TV documentary which explained that the Uni's were accepting Chinese students with very little English and putting them in groups with English speaking students so that they could learn English without any effort required by the Uni's.

Disfellowshipped JW's Still Have "Normal Family Relations"
by Sea Breeze in"when someone is disfellowshipped from the religion, normal family relations continue, with the exception of spiritual fellowship.”a watchtower lawyer clears up this common misunderstanding:.

The other crazy thing is that spiritual fellowship does continue. The dfd one can still attend meetings, pray, sing and therefore worship along with the rest of the congregation, the just can't talk to anyone.
However, if they are living with their family, then they can't sit and listen in their book study or join in prayer with them but unlike at the Kingdom Hall, they can talk to them.

They go from bad to worse.

If you're "anointed" don't seek out other "anointed" so says the Watchtower January 2020
by RolRod inwhen i was affiliated with the witnesses, there were barely 6,000 who profess to be of the anointed remnant.
i recently read somewhere that today there are over 20,000 who profess to be anointed.
that figure may be more when you consider those who meet and partake privately for fear of the stigma of claiming to be anointed.

Unity is whatever the Watchtower wants it to be.
Having a bunch of men called Elders sitting around gossiping about everyone when ord. Pubs can't do this is not unifying unless everyone accepts it because the GB says that is the way it is.
If so called anointed ones wanted to get together for a chin wag that would also be fine and unifying if the GB said it was ok. Since they say it's not, then it automatically becomes disruptive if they are to go against that command.

Article: What Is The Clergy-Penitent Privilege And How Can It Protect Sex Offenders?
by AndersonsInfo inhttps://www.oxygen.com/the-witnesses/crime-news/how-clergy-penitent-privilege-may-protect-sex-offenders.
how clergy-penitent privilege may protect sex offenders | crime news.
it’s a practice that is centuries old: confessing one’s sins to a trusted clergy member.

I wonder how common it is for a pedo to confess to the Elders, I would be surprised if many do. It's more likely that a victim is doing the reporting and that hardly could be seen as a confession.

They state that they are going to send out bills to the Congregations for things like electricity due to the change of ownership.
What's the chance of them to start charging rent?
They were only too eager to charge them interest on the loans and made the congregations pay these loans back. Then they were made aware that they can't legally charge the interest and possibly loan the money as well.
They announced that they were lovingly 'forgiving' these loans in theory.
Now they want to own the Halls and since they own them, there's nothing to stop them from charging rent or even disguise that bill to the congregations as an 'allocation for future major renovations/repairs. Or maybe bill the congregation after renovations have been carried out. I doubt most Elders would think twice about it since they will be receiving bills from the Watchtower Trust anyway.

Thanks.
I love how they say that of course they are expected to maintain the buildings even when the Watchtower owns them.
The Watchtower is getting richer and richer. From the sale of property going into their pockets and now to the ownership of millions of dollars worth of properties.
