  What video games were banned when you were a JW teen?

  i'm not a jw, but i'm kind of studying to be one though.. now that's out of the way, i remember mortal kombat was banned within my home-my mom isn't too fond of blood in video games..but yet, she plays dinosaur crisis sometimes....but then again, that was when i was 9...lol now that i'm 15 and i wanted mortal kombat 9 (still) my mom stil lsaid no...but then again, she would let me play it online..i dont know why..its strange, but hey, whatever works for her and me i guess.. .

  um...lets see..any shooting games, or any games that has blood in it, she wont let me get.

  so i can still play fighting games, just not the ones with blood...eh, oh well.i'm surprised she even let me play "dead or alive" and "soul calibur"!

  @donuthole: LOL They actually bought that story?!?!!? lmao, and your right, EVERYONE knows that you have to command the sims to have sex with each other, heck EVEN when we're not playing sims, they do things on their own like clean the house,cook,play,etc. but they never had sex unless we command them of course! so I KNOW he must have been liying....p0luis...same -sex getting it on isn't sick as pedos....

  @A.Fenderson: Well, Morta lkombvat is kind of like life like violence except..hm....lets see, when we kiss people on the cheek,they don't get fat and go "KABOOM!!!!" with body parts flying every where, we don't turn into dragons and eat people O_o. we don't have parhnna teeth and bite they heads off.....sure..life like vilence.....But anywho, I am thinking long and hard about it. so I'm makiing sure what i'm doing, wil lbe worth it... i think.

  And yes, everyone knows just because people play violent games, they can't become violent in RL, i mean, its possible...but i'm playing morta lkombat right now...well, watching the previews of the new game rather...hmm.... nope, I'm not going around killing people or slaying heads...see? lol

  and plus, why is WT's "young people ask book,volume 2" is trying to give us guilt trip about the games we play?

  Are they trying to say God judges us by the games we play? and plus, how do we know they mean volence as in fist-fights in real life infront of you? (right in front of us, no in th emovies or video games). Matter of fact...how do they know how god EVEN judges us? he could judge us differently than we think we think how he judges us. I'm not tryint to diss God..I am just saying. >.<

  i'm not a jw, but i'm kind of studying to be one though.. now that's out of the way, i remember mortal kombat was banned within my home-my mom isn't too fond of blood in video games..but yet, she plays dinosaur crisis sometimes....but then again, that was when i was 9...lol now that i'm 15 and i wanted mortal kombat 9 (still) my mom stil lsaid no...but then again, she would let me play it online..i dont know why..its strange, but hey, whatever works for her and me i guess.. .

  um...lets see..any shooting games, or any games that has blood in it, she wont let me get.

  so i can still play fighting games, just not the ones with blood...eh, oh well.i'm surprised she even let me play "dead or alive" and "soul calibur"!

  @Tia: lol i figured they woohoo in bed...i have sims on my game console..and they woohooed and they werent even married. LOL i was trying to install sims 3 on my pc..but it didnt meet the requirements so i had to play sims 2..it was fun until my computer crashed >.<

O_O she let's me play things with magic in it to a certain xtent sometimes even "Zelda"(but we've always been Zelda fans so that's not going to change anytime soon) however she did get rid of twilight princess >.< It was a good game, i'm happy i passed it before she returned it back! :P, i do have to admit: She's the best mom ever! :D

  But I rather have my mom's say so over what games I play,and things I do than watchtower's rules. (Just my opinion)

  now that i told my story..somewhat, I want to hear all of yours! ^_^

  my mother was very strict about entertainment.

  in school i was doing a project about teen suicide and had checked out some books on suicide and abortion.

  i had alot of explaining to do for that.

  lol not much stuff was banned from me, but i remeber i brought morta lkombat to our house, my mom and her friend (they're not witnesses btw) told me to return the game back to the video store >:( but that was before i got a computer....now that i have a computer, i can get an emulator and download the game, my mom wouldnt mind it probably since its on the computer lol

  what married couples do is none of their business, honestly, i think whoever suggested this was jealous. no offense. but since when married couples fornicate over certain sex acts? i am just saying. WT takes it over a notch too much.

  what bedroom laws were you told you couldn't do? besides oral and anal and mutual masturbation? >.<
