  Thanks so much for expounding on your reply to my questions. It's more than I expected and exemplifies the character of man you are: honorable with integrity. I joined this forum this week to better understand what JW's go through and cross-reference the many books I've read that expose the WTO; ever since my sister joined >30 years ago. Your testimony concurs with all that I've read. I come at it from a judeo-christian perspective.

  Nick,

  That is quite a story. Are you saying you are no longer part of the Watchtower Organization (WTO) entirely? What did you find that was better? What is the Org's true face you mention? I am not part of the WTO but have a sibling JW member for 30+ years still going strong.

  Thanks to you all for the warm welcome. I found this forum via googling information on coping with JW's. I've never personally been part of the WTO but have had to cope with a sibling for 30+ years as a JW. Recently she & I were having what I considered a healthy dialog over health issues where she asked me to please pray for her. I prayed. But this subject invariably leads to further e-mailed bible references back & forth where she gets enraged and shuts the door. So here I am. Seeing hurting JW's in this forum only confirms what I have read and believed for many years. I am here to learn as well as help.
