  i apologize if this sounds like a commercial, but i would like to share some info about a fantastic program that i've been using on my laptop for the last five years or so.

  i've never had one that lasted this long, they usually would go in the garbage after 2 or 3 years.

  from just normal usage, pc's get fragmented registries, misaligned files, all sorts of errors, accompanied by ever increasing blue screens of death.

  Or you could just use linux, and not have to worry about defrag(nearly as much), antiivirus and having to pay for software.

  i'll keep this brief for now.. long time lurker (4 years or so).. born-in, elder, used on district level (last talk i gave before i left was the baptisimal talk), and lots of hard time put in...before i finally made the move to split.

  it's a long stoy, much like many of yours...but with it's own little interesting twists.

  more details in the future, perhaps.. as i said, ive lurked here for a while.. its funny: for a long time i'd only come on late at night.

  i believe that there are a lot of "lurkers" here.

  many witnesses look at this site and try to figure out if they should stay or possibly come over here and take the plunge.. what we say, how we say it, can make a difference in somebody's life.

  it is why i personally avoid sensationalism in my comments.

  The WT paints ex-jw's as mean spirited apostates, that want to take people away from the belief in God, that without being part of the WT a person becomes either an atheist or believing in unblical things, and so forth and what not and well, if We act that way ( the way the WT portrays ex-jw's and outsider) then what is to keep lurkers from NOT believing the WT?

  in some previous posts i have asked certain questions that still haven't been answered.

  so without going back to those threads and possibly de-railing them i thought it best to make a new topic.

  please bear with me.. i have asked certain ones to prove the existence of god or christ without referencing any biblical writings or characters.

  Not only do we continue to bring in the bible, but the "Hebrew God" and "Hebrew Perspective" is the only one that matters. An omnicient god is only available via belief in christ via "Hebrew Scripture".

  FHN: I don't think there is anything wrong with discussing atheism or theism or any belief system or doubts. There is a difference between sincere discussion and badgering.

  Would it be better if it is wrapped up in Christian platitude,.....cause I see plenty of badgering from christians here.

  I am asking you to readjust your thinking on how something is suppose to be and act.
  The nature of the exjws that my become atheist, is what it is.
  
  Can we put under a microscope the evolution of a former JWs, now Christian(of whatever denomination)?

  Could there be doubts they aren't addressing?
  There could be doubt that isn't being addressed, like there should be.
  If there are Christians on this site, that have the liberty to proclaim Christ, what is wrong with an atheist
  asking a Christian to walk them through the process of such proclamations?
