The NWT itself disagrees with the Watchtower theory that Jesus died on an upright stake. John 20:25 states: "Unless I see in his hands the print of the NAILS..." Plural. Only if hands are outstretched can it states NAILS. One hand on the other hand above the head would equal one nail.

Russell spoke in Shanghai and visited 15 cities and villages, 1912" "Colporteurs distributed much literature up and down the China coast, with trips to the interior, 1912-1918"
The lecturers spoken of above are probably those individuals known as "pilgrims" or travelling overseers. I have seen several instances here in Florida newspapers where these Bible Students speakers visited, and the location and time of their lectures. Pastor Russell himself visited in Florida on several occasions and gave his lectures as well.
From the Bible Students I found the following info, which I suppose came from Zion's Watch Tower, but I don't see any dates.

What is really amusing is that 3dwitness and others claim that at the time the Watchtower Society associated itself with DPI, they were not required to support the Charter of the U.N. However, a press release in 1992 puts that claim to rest. JW apologists try to discredit it by claiming the writer of the press release was in error and that they do not depend on press releases for accuracy. LOl "To be granted association with DPI, NGOs must have national or international standing, SUPPORT the Charter of the United Nations, have a broadly based membership and possess the resources necessary for effective outreach." So, let's see the Watchtower Society does have national and international standing, has a broadly based membership and possesses the resources necessary for effective outreach (its literature), but we are supposed to believe that the writer was in error by claiming that NGOs were expected to SUPPORT the Charter of the U.N. 3dWitness is supposed to know what he is talking about but the writer of the press release was in error. LOL

Paul appealed to the Roman government, but the U.N. is NOT the government of the United States, nor of any other country. It is an ORGANIZATION which uses a base in the U.S. as its headquarters. NO ONE is a citizen of the United Nations. So, why claim that what the Watchtower Society did was appeal to it as Paul did the Roman government? No relationship. And yet in the same breath claim their expressed purpose was to have access to the U.N.'s library?

...Weird Ass Lights in the Sky...

as most of you know i live in a forest,in the mountains..at night there is very little light pollution... so the sky is one big theatre screen... i see shooting stars,northern lights,satellites,planes on a destination..it`s all very beautiful... tonight was different... .
tonight there was something in the sky that defied anything i`ve ever seen... it had multiple aircraft lights but not like regular airplane lights..it wasn`t a helicopter... it could go straight up or down... move in one direction then head in another..it could do all kinds of weird stuff... sometimes it just hovered..then start doing all these weird maneuvers... regular aircraft is going somewhere,it`s headed in a direction..not this thing... i watched a regular airplane pass it... .
