Hee, Hee, Hee, Moshe.
I can relate to that.
half of that 75% get disability and ssi checks.
it was kinda funny sitting there listening to them go down the line, name by name, of the ones auxilliary pioneering since the numbers are dropped to 30 hours for march & april.
as they were doing the names i was saying to myself, "she don't work", "she supposedly can't work", "he hasn't worked in years", "she gets a check", "she's probably gonna lie about the amount of hours she did" etc.. gotta love it.. i don't know if this happens in your congregation or not, but have you ever heard someone remark about someone else behind their back, "she can show up at every gathering, but she can't show up for field service!

hi jw netters.
in the last few months i have felt extremely lonely.. .
was a witness.
My head is hurting Glander.
Must be something too hard for to think about on a Friday night.
Or, it could be the Crown Royale.
Well. Almond.
Good luck to you. The odds are in your favour. There are JW wives, and then there are JW wives.
Strive to get the later.
i slept horribly last night because of stress.
it's been a while since i had insomnia, but the meetings are slowly causing that disorder to make a comeback.
the " bible " study was one of the most messed up things that i have heard in a long time.
Love your illustrations, Outlaw.
This was not such an encouraging Book Study for me as well.
I find this book hard to tolerate. There are too many applications made that just doesn't fit the passage.

Hi Moshe,
Hey.....I know of many that work at Wall=Mart that are supplementing their pension income. Wall-Mart or any type of retail job is nothing to be ashamed of. I even know of a Rich woman who enjoys working there.

The good old fashioned way of coping with loneliness. People went for walks. People went to the park. Volunteeir (some have commented on this).
Join a dance group. Pick up an musical instrument, and join a class. You will meet people at all of these places, garantee.
C'mon....meet us half way here.

C'mon now, guys,
We are not all window washers, unemployable, uneducated, on benefits etc. Some of us have worked and paid taxes, and still don't mind spending March, and maybe April with A/Pioneering.
Sure 30 hrs may not be for some, but, if you experience some days that has lousy weather, and you are coping with Arthritis knees, then pacing yourself in this outdoor work is not a bad idea.
But, it's not for everyone.
i ask this because the wt always bangs on about if you trust in jehovah and make that leap into pioneering, you will always be provided for.
at the time i joined the cult, a friend was continuous aux.
pioneering.
Not everyone who pioneers ends up poor, though. Me and my wife did very well. I did need to go off the Pioneer list for 6 months in the 70's, but, rejoined. We were considered more wealthy than many in our congregation. We had things that the majority in the congregation couldn't afford. i.e. cable, colour tv, nice vehicle, nice clothes, took trips, etc.
I did go off when my family increased.
I remember some that did struggle, though.
just 68, he and the band lit up woodstock with i'm going home, one of the great songs to drive across the desert at sunrise.
i'd love to change the world had great vision and social commentary.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzruqatucpu.

I loved the guitar work on that song. He inspired me to learn the guitat. He was so young to break on through to the other side.
what do you believe happens when one of jehovah's witnesses dies?
do they go to hell?.
if you do not respond, does it mean that you are only looking to discredit and bash the jw's?.
Wow,
This post started three days ago, and it is still going.
Would you say that you have already achieved your 30 hr goal for the month by now? Three days of 24 hrs would give you at least that much time.
