Wow, you really can't win this argument. This comes up every year around this time and someone dissagrees with the WT calculation. Last year, the argument started because the WT didn't match the Jewish date for Passover. Now, this year the Jews and the WT agree. Even when they agree, they are wrong.

Memorial 2014: Wrong date?
by AnnOMaly inthis was meant to have nice inserted pictures and tidy hyperlinks but the forum's being glitchy today.
so unfortunately it's going to be a messy post where you're going to have to exercise your tapping fingers and click on the links to the pics to see what i'm referring to.
sorry about that.. in the article recently studied "do this in remembrance of me" (w13 12/15), there is a box on p. 23 giving the date of this year's memorial and how that date is arrived at.. http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2013926.

I have the winter blues, too. If you can afford it, take a trip down south. If not, watch the Golf channel (some how looking at green grass and sunny conditions help)

Need advice for asking a girl out
by DuvanMuvan inwell long story short, i've been meaning to ask this girl at school out for a while but i can never do it because her friends are always there in the way and i would prefer to ask her in person.
we've liked each other for a while (i was oblivious until about a month or two ago) and i'm also i bit worried she'll get tired of waiting.. i was just wondering if anyone had any advice or something that they could give me.

Your a good man, Duvan.
You had the courage to ask, and to face the results with a positive reaction. Good for you.

Whatever you do, do not:
Ask if she is interested in a Bible Study.
Give her a Memorial tract, and invite to pick her up

When do Auxilliary CO's go out in field service?
by Quarterback ini moved into this new cong for over two years now.
we have this younger couple that are part time co's.
i know that they would be busy serving a cong when they are asked to do so, but that is not too often.

I agree that counting time is not sciptural. I know that Jesus said that our righteousness is not to be intended to be noticed by men, etc.
I'm also sure that Jesus didn't mean that we should be invisible. Jesus and his apostles didn't act as phantoms. Their activities and work were evident.
