I don't think social networking will bring them down, but boy oh boy is it gonna hurt them. And so it should.

I think this is s o o o wrong. Jehobah's witlesses have made it very clear that it is getting worse every day. Oops. They have also said it is a great time to be alive cuz harmageddon is comin soon and all the bad peoples and bad stuff will be done away with. Any week, hour, minute now. Just hang in there and you will recieve the reward. Yahoo, paradise.

Just finished the DVD
by EntirelyPossible inwhat a piece of work.
couple of thoughts..... - i know they aren't in it for the money, but not a single member of the gb was wearing less than a $700 fitted suit.
might have been more expensive and tailored, couldn't tell.

And you can always tell the Bethel speaker because of the well "fitted" talk he delivers. Few locals can match the smoothed out bullshit that the better trained Bethel boys.

JWs having children lack faith
by Lore inif you're a witness couple and you choose to have a child together, it means you think armageddon is not going to arrive for at least 9 more months.
and then you'll be nursing it for at least 6 months.. that's almost a year and a half.
if armageddon started within that time: woe to you!.

W a i t ... for them to get old enough to cause you, possibly, to rethink that stuckinamovement (the most rewarding thing part). I will reiterate what the others said though. And when you think that if they can't keep them loyal to Jah, then they gave birth to a human that will be destroyed. If they look around at the success rate, you would think that would be enough to do what they can to avoid having a child.

A N D one other thing they have at Bethel. They have an excellent department for alterations to the bullshit they have published in the past.

I was just rereading this this morning and the thought came to me. How come they can't twist this into one of those "a brother communicated with a young lady, It was suggested that they meet by the young lady who had become so interested in the truths that the brother was telling her. A meeting was arranged and it led to a bible study. Nine months later and the young lady is .... drum roll ... not preggie but being baptized. She is in the audience with us today."

It is one of the dumbest talks I have heard. This brother communicated with a woman who offered/suggested a meeting with no commitment involved. they met and he commited fornication. I don't feel like listing them all but it continues with a number of examples that are just as lame. And then in the same talk (something about being good citizens of the kingdom) the speaker mentions that many born ins feel that they have an automatic citizenship type relationship with Jah because of being born into it. The brilliant (NOT) comparison is that most of us were born in a hospital but that does not mean we are or become doctors because of that. LOL
