Not sure who you are and your status in the org.. Jam. But if you are OK with the stupidity of the illustration and the article that it is taken from but upset with looking at it with a critical eye and commenting - well I don't get it.

Yup, gotta have shirts. And just looked up info on the wheel and it seems a wheel like depicted is also wrong. And each and every man is bearded. yet today it is ferbotten. Of course shavin back then with the jawbone of an ass or some such would have been a real bitch I suppose.

Is this just to inane for words. Most of the lumber looks sawn rather than hewn. Are they planning or arguing? just look at the worldlies outside, wielding clubs, dragging the women by the hair. If they are so fierce why wouldn't they enter through the gate and beat the crap out of Noah and the boys, like just for the sport if no other reason. They get goofier each issue of the mag.

I also love the way they flip flop between "faithful and discreet slave" and "governing body" When they want to distance themselves its the former but when they want to get heavy or get the praise for something that kinda worked its the later.

What makes it possible for the faithful and discreet slave to provide timely, nutritious spiritual food? Jehovah provides direction to the slave. We can therefore have full confidence in the Scriptural insight, understanding, and guidance that we receive from the slave. Jehovah also blesses the slave class with his holy spirit. While Jehovah's spirit is invisible, what it produces in those upon whom it operates is not. Think of what the faithful and discreet slave has been able to accomplish in giving a worldwide witness about Jehovah God, his Son, and the Kingdom. Jehovah's worshippers are actively proclaiming the Kingdom message in over 230 lands and island groups. Does that not give undeniable evidence that God's spirit is empowering the slave?-Acts 1:8. w09 2/15 4:4, 5

no, i don't mean the visit by oprah.. there was a special talk on sunday relayed to all the aussie congs from sydney.

apparently the speaker had an american accent, but was stationed in a latin american country.

he was really pushing field service and pulled out the old one that: if you do not witness you are not one of jehovah's witnesses.

yes I agree Blondie, but there also was an actual society change of policy. Formerly cards were removed, now not removed.
And yes even those that croak remain. Only removed if move to another congo.
