A world without God? What would it be like...

another thread got me to thinking..something i do once in a while .

what if no one believed in a god .

what do you think the world would be like?.

In many espects the world will be a better place! For one, there will be no JW's and all the suffering (and death) they have caused to people, no shuning, less broken families, no child abuse cover ups, no hypocrisy...and the list is very long.

Also the world perhaps will be less divided, less hatred...less religious madness and what it leads to..suicide bombers is one example, and all the other killing in the name of Allah .

Are you suggesting that believers in god are not selfish, demanding all they could get? Come on..are we talking about the same planet? In my experience many/most religious people are the most selfish people I have met...Jw's are just one example, but by no means the only one.

"Would they care about each other?"

Are you suggesting that believers of god care about each other more than non believers? Im not sure if I should laugh or cry here...

All I have seen so far pointing to the possibility that religious faith is a form of mental illness that the world can do without.
