I need some advise

following is a letter i am going to send to the entire family both jw and non.

i would like to get your advice on whether i should do it.

my husband has told me before to voice my complaints but i have yet.

You have the right to tell them officially & formally to mind their own damn business. I like the letter except for saying "I asked for a divorce twice." That's TMI, not their right to know. I do like letting them know that they are making it worse, harder to stay together. Just MHO.

i was browsing through stuff on jw.org recently and ran across some expressions that really grate on my nerves: loyal love, loving-care, and loving-kindness, as in: "please exercise loving-kindness toward your servant.

" who talks like that?

Witnesses killed my friend today.

today has been a horrible day.

what began as a day of joy finding out that one of my lifelong friends had her baby, turned into a nightmare when her brother called me to let me know she had passed away after birth.

i was in shock and didn't ask how.

How do you feel about the expression "The Truth"?

it's amazing how the expression "the truth" has become such an ingrained term used by witnesses.. "we have 'the truth'".

"is he 'in the truth'?".

most here have found out so many facts about the organisation, and felt the effects of being "gut-punched" as we realised these facts.. so how do you feel about the expression "the truth" now?.

Adult Homework and Extra Credit

it seems that once we became sensible adult humans, we lost our way.

we stopped asking questions.

we submitted to the bidding of the world.

What I would change first about this world is to have free and unobstructed "higher education" for everyone. At a minimum, young adults would be expected to complete a Bachelor's. And offer financial incentives for pursuance of grad & doctoral degrees.
