  We are imperfect

  i can't tell you how many times i have heard this while growing up as a witness.

  every time i questioned hypocrisy in the org i was told " well we are imperfect" and its was beyond annoying.

  at what point does "imperfect" turn into just not christian?

  Been witnessing today - first time in over 2 years!!

  and it felt wonderful!!.

  i went into the city to where i knew there was a "cosmopolitan witnessing" trolley, because i wanted to ask a simple bible-based question.

  the trolley was attended by an elder and a sister who was another elder's wife.

  nice work searcher. any time you can stump a jw is a good thing. it don't matter the topic, they may not show it . But they know when they been stumped. i always stump jw's then i steamroll them for not having accurate knowledge of what ever topic. then i steamroll them some more to the point they know I embarrassed them. as long as they are willing to talk I just keep burying them... jyd

  Visit From Jehovah's Witnesses

  had two lovely jws (stephen and ruth) visit this morning.

  this was our second study in the last 2 weeks.

  they first knocked on my door (bell is out) 3 weeks ago and i shared my testimony and we arranged to meet last tuesday which we did.. our first study went like this:.

  this jw lady walked up to me with a craptower.

  on a road trip with my jw dad and stopped AT the rest stop. this jw laDY walked up to me with a craptower. BIG mistake. . i ripped her on wt history the ttatt. I ripped her about 1914 1799, 1874 etc. it was like taking candy from A baby. I had her in a tizzy. , she dragged over her 2 jw friends and i I made them all look like DOPES in 10 minutes. I was on fire i was hammering them on how little they knew about the wts and the bible. the best part was my jw father witnesses the whole thing and never said a word from a distance. LONG story short they all got into their car and raced away from the rest stop.. I told the jw's you all ran into a WT historian . there is nothing you caN SAY i haven't heard before and have a answer for. it was a wipe out they never knew whaT it them . I told my dad in the car see how stupid and un educated jw's are.... it was a great un witness. JWD

  last year was my first celebration at 40. half my life is lost to this cult and i celebrate by almost losing my job.

  one of the only things i have left.

  talked again with co worker jw study

  today i was testing my co worker to see if he's really a jw.

  with simple things like god bless you when you cough.

  asked about his birthday and remember he wished me happy birthday a few months ago.

  thanks guys for the advice. I gave him the 5-15 -84 wt and told him to look up the mast head on the afake till 94 I also told him to look up "nations will know i'm jehovah Pg 216. He likes to say " happy birthday " when he brings you a load of work he finished prepping for me to finish. so I told him NO MORE BIRTHDAYS FOR YOU HA HA. AND YOU WILL HAVE TO SHAVE THAT FACE HAIR. AND WEAR A TIE AT THE HALL as he had a printed button down shirt to wear to the hall. I told him they will try to change that. I'm trying to tell what they will expect from him before they ask him to do this and that. i azsked him about donations and he told me he has not gave a dime. I told him listen they will be asking for $$$ and pledges etc. pay attention what ever you do they will allways next week ask you to do more ie leaving your job for 2 hours to go to the meetings.. he told me I have something wrong in my brain as I talk about the wt so much. I said if you knew what I know about the wt you would never step foot into that place. i told him about the love bombing i think he is getting. everything is good and we are still friends and I kept it very lite. the other workers asked were he went but I didn't tell. seems the boss has giving him a pass to step out. i get the feeling they are not getting this guy to become a jw that maybe he just goes to hang out and look for woman. i'll just keep feeding him info in a lite way and see what happens.   today I was testing my co worker to see if he's really a jw. with simple things like god bless you when you cough. asked about his birthday and remember he wished me happy birthday a few months ago. he bought a few beers which sometimes we drink after work , so I got the feeling he is over the lashing I gave him last week and may figure I really know what i'm talking about. he even clinked glasses and said cheers salud sp. So he accepts my ride home and I ask him you coming to work tomorrow? he says yes but he's coming in 2 hours early so he can leave for 2 hours. this is new coming in early since I busted him and I don't think he wants me to say anything to the boss he's covering his ass. I told him I know all about it, how the wt will tell you meetings are more important than work. and you should quit your job it keeps you from meetings. then i TOLD HIM THE story about the coca cola man that the jw's told to quit his job because he delivered to the navy base. he said that is crazy. I said that's what they teach. at the same time they own stocks in wall st. in co's that make weapons for the navy. then i told him the wt has stock in phillip morris the cigarette co. now he finally asks me a question. Is that Marlboro cigarettes etc.? I said yes and other brands. so he said they are making $$$ OFF THIS. is said jw's were allowed to smoke till 1973 then you had 6 months to quit or get df'ed funny how it took the wt 15 years longer than the gov't to figure out smoking is a sin and causes cancer. he was miffed by what I was telling him but I kept it very lite. I switched into blood and transplants and how they flipped flopped transfusions and transplants saying in the 1920's jesus was going to use blood to take away all desease how in 1949 the wt said transfusions was good then in 62 ban blood now in 2000 you can take factions, and how many jw's died from these ever changing rules. i asked him that i counted about 30+ times the wt said the end of the world or the tribultion etc. and through out a bunch of dates and told him they said this all in jeh or jesus' name if it was truth jehovah can't lie. how is he leading this org? he tried to say they are just men , but I told him you can't print this stuff in jehovahs name say god said it then say you made a mistake but if jw's don't believe it they hate god. he agreed with me. and I think I'm getting into his head. I'm keeping it lite , which is not my style. I said if you have any questions about the wt or bible. I would tell him what I know. He's a very nice man and hard worker, I think he's getting sucked in by a family member that just got sucked in also. I know he;s going to the hall tomorrow and they are going to tell him I'm an apostate this is going to be a slow job. I may go to work with a bible in my bag ot maybe some old wts. the guy never preaches or has wt pubs so I'll go slow. any advice from the good ppl here would not hurt. jwd

  tonight he came back with a wt book in spanish .

  i worked with his this man year and never knew he was a jw.. i went into how the wt lied to the mexician gov't just to own the land of the kh's .

  I get the feeling he is a new recruit. he had what looked like a brand new what does the bible teach (large size 8x 10 ) book that was never touched. with no title on the front cover. ( only pictures) with spanish. on the first few pages. and I never seen this man walk out on his job in a year. he's afraid of me after i talked to him, and even walked 2 miles home, when i would give him a ride as we live close. I'm not sure were he is at with the wt, but I'm not going to work 40 minutes late for no extra pay to help him go to the kh let's all keep in mind this man is a 10 year full time valued empolyee. and I only work part time

  yes he is stealing from his employer as no one knew were he was including the boss. funny thing I taLK TO this man every day for A YEar in english with no problem .. tonight was the first time he could not understand english.

  the last 2 tuesdays one of my fellow workers would step out for 2 hours. tonight he came back with a wt book in spanish . i worked with his this man YEAr and never knew he was a jw.. i went into how the wt lied to the mexician gov't just to own the land of the kh's . he's a nice man and I like working with him. but I kept working him and the child molestion issue and a few other things.. I i gave him a short easy lesson on 1799 , 1874, 1975 and my personal expreience with the wt. He told me everything on the internet is all lies. I told him I researched the wt before the net at the KH library I told him test it for your self if what they say about the wt is true from the kh library. i'm not going to rat this man out for going to the kh to the boss. or break his balls. but I'm not going to work late any longer to help him cover his work. now he knows I'm up on him and If he wants to play and he learned fast I know the wt. I like the man and never seen him preach or carry a wt mag.. but now I will be planting seeds
