The new writing department of the WTBTS
by Aussie Oz inthere is a new writing department in wt land.. us.. think about it, the watchtower/jehovah's witnesses are a reactive 'religion', not a proactive one.. that means of course that they react and modify doctrine, rules and direction in response to what ever may be effecting them.
probably the last time they were proactive was the 40s and 50s but these days its all about preservation rather than growth.. i am sure that the actual writing department have eyes and ears out in 'aposta land'.
after all, who discuss and disect the books, magazines and letters more than we do?

This forum is massive compared to all the pro-JW forums put together. If I would be one of the inquisitors in the writing department, I would come here to see some hardcore apostasy first-hand. The pro-JW forums are boring and so far all the largest pro-JW forums have been captured by infiltrated apostates who managed to detour them. I bet the JWTalk will not survive until the end of next year. A lot of us already have accounts there.

Do the brothers have to follow an outline when they give talks?

do the brother work around an outline, or do they write around the outline.
how does this work?.

Sunday morning talks have predefined titles and outlines. They are grouped in a catalogue which is available to the overseer and to each body of elders. Furthermore, brothers become "qualified" to give a speech on a given theme. This means that once they become auxiliary servants or elders and if they wish to give Sunday public talks, they pick from the list at least one theme they wish to represent before the congregations. Example: Brother X picks the themes "United in worship" and "How to be a good husband". He must then write his speech and rehearse it, following the Society directions, and also respect the time duration of the talk. I am uncertain if he must perform before the CO for the first talk, but I think the answer is "yes". I asume he will not be contacted by other congregations without the overseer's approval. Then once he gets the ok, he can be summoned by the congregations to give a Sunday public talk on one of the themes he's approved for. Each body of elders has a catalogue with the public speech themes and with the names and contact data of every qualified and approved brother who can give each specific talk. From what I know, only auxiliary servants and elders and maybe regular pioneers are approved to deliver Sunday morning public talks. Other rank and file brothers can give those talks only under emergency conditions, if no "qualified" brother is available.
If someone knows something else, please correct me.

2 year old in China run over-people just walk by
by PaintedToeNail inwhen i saw this article on the news it really disturbed me.
the callousness of the 'people' walking by this poor, sweet baby as she lay writhing in pain and all alone, was horrific to say the least.
my blood truly felt like it ran cold and i've been thinking about this little girl all night.
