Suicide : John Wischuck
by torre inin 1990 john wischuck one of the heavyweights (member of the factory committee)at brooklyn hq committed suicide jumping from the window of his room down to the ground) this episode passed unnoticed for most of the jw all around the world.
a few weeks later that year, max larson was visiting the branch in spain and he didnt mention anything at all of the dead.
only good news and how jw were succeeding and all that kind of rubbish.

I do not mean to hijack this thread. Is Max Larson still alive? How old is he now? Is he in the nursing home now?

in the 1980's, when i saw my dad reading the apostate literature from moody moss, i told my dad not to read it anymore and he is an apostate, then he just torn it up right away.

Someone told me not to read apostate literature from Moody Moss. He is from Chicago, I think, not sure. In the 1980's, When I saw my Dad reading the apostate literature from Moody Moss, I told my Dad not to read it anymore and he is an apostate, then he just torn it up right away. He is still a dub today. If I did not stop him reading it, maybe I will see different outcome back then. I would like to know more about Moody Moss, what is he like, etc? Thanks!

My Marriage Ending...Or Other Options
by doinmypart ini don't usually post regarding my personal relationship, but i need some help.. i've been married for 20+ years (married young, both of us raised as witnesses), and my wife and i have kids.
my wife feels like i've disappointed her, made a fool of her, and betrayed her when i stopped being a witness.
other than the witness-thing we seem to have a pretty good marriage, but she can't get over the fact that i'm never going to be a witness again.

ATTENTION: Foodalls
by cameo-d inon another thread you said:.
but the real kicker is this!...they won't last this year before they are shut down along with "all" other religion..anyone needing proof of this can contact me at; [email protected].
anyone still holding on to them will be greatly disoppointed...hopefullyy not to the point of "suicide"...because there is something far "grander' for them waiting "in-the-wings"!.

Disfellowshiping began in 1952...before this Witnesses fornicated freely!!!
by Witness 007 inyearbook 1995 p.214 "congregations in the 1940's...a custom had developed where a young man would "steal" a woman to live with her without being married...couples generally did not get married....many company servants were not legallly married...".
immorality was the norm until 1952 when disfellowshiping started....the only way till then to be disfellowshiped was apostasy!.
