my mom begged me to find some wt.

(rag) literature that she had been looking for, for 2 days.

she had been praying to jehovah to find it and she figured he used me to quickly locate it..

Maybe she was not really looking for the magazines, she might have planned for you to "find" magazines for her and at the same time, she hoped that you would read more magazines and come back to the "truth" because you read something.

I was 18 when I got baptized. CO talk encouraged me to consider to get baptized.

Shun Run 2014: Show Courage, Don't Shun

our third annual shun run will be held again at 10am at papago park, tempe, az on saturday, april 12th.

this is a low-key public event that all who wish to see an end to organizational-induced shunning can join in.

lecture room on floor 4 at 2:00pm.. as part of this event, i write a letter to sdb:ssy, the otherwise anonymous jw author who informed me about the df'ing announcement in my case.

What do DO's do when not visiting assemblies?

that's only 12 weeks they spend with a congregation.

UN vs. The Vatican - Ex-JWs, are you sure?

so about a few years ago, thanks to this site i became convinced that everything that the jws have been saying is a bunch of nonsense and that i shouldn't worry about it.

it gave me some comfort, since there are several things i disagree with when it comes to the way one has to live in order to be a witness.

however, this business with the un attacking the vatican seems a little too much like what the witnesses have been preaching about to simply ignore:.
