The awful treatment of my disfellowshipped cousin still continues
by RULES & REGULATIONS inmy cousin was disfellowshipped twenty years ago when he was 18 years old.
he admitted to the congregation elders that he was fornicating with his ''wordly'' girlfriend.
the elders were following him and hiding in their cars to see what he was up to.

by Hecce inthere was a little bit of discussion on another thread about the results of the recent tax changes in usa.
i decided to compare whether or not the changes were favoring the lower-income class versus the middle class.
the family that i inputted into the system was a married couple with four minor dependents, their income was $44000.00 annually and they paid $2100.00 in taxes during the year.. after completing the calculations, this family is getting a refund of $9981.00; the bulk of it are earned income credit $2191.00 and additional child credit $5600.00.

When You Were A JW Did You Really Understand The Religion and What You Were Getting Into?
by minimus inmany witnesses in my opinion know nothing about the religion.
they don’t understand the history, the doctrines or the bible.
many people become jws because they were raised as witnesses so they take the plunge.

Big No! Since that I’m deaf since birth and I was also born in JW, I was very gullible!!! The more I read on the internet about JW, I was very disgusted about how they conned me!!! I didn’t leave JW because of that. I just drifted away from the organization after I was removed as a MS. I was a MS for 3 years. I have been thinking about writing a book about my experiences since birth as a deaf JW. Time will tell if I will plan to have a book written about my life.

I have question about Harry Peloyan
by yoko N ini learned from loyd evans video that because of his higher education (harvard graduate).
and talented carrier in wall street journal,harry peloyan was very quick to be invited to world hq.. according to his life story (w may 1 ,2006) , he was invited to whq in 1957.. i wonder when was he baptized?.
is it true that people who have higher education be used by the org more quickly than people who don’t?.

It is all about Mannerisms. When one guy was a new Employee where I worked years ago. I had a very strong feeling that he is a witness, so I asked him what religion he is in, he said JW. I knew it!
