hi bill............. so...... you have the most qualified victims coming to your site........and you give them to attorneys who sue for only................ $ 50.000?.....................as in the case of heidi meyer............. and she has to go through hell ......"again"......and be ridiculed in court, and made to expose her most private sensitive issues on how she got molested........ for a lousey $50,000?............
bill, are you scratching the gov bodys back or something?
Crawdad's focus is all about the watchtower and he wants to USE the victims to further his own agenda. He cares not for the victims, but is simpl out to get even and get revenge on the tower.
Bill has demonstrated that he has the interests of the victims primarily in mind in that he lets them chose how best to cope with their suffering and pain. For some a lawsuit is the best option. For others getting validation and a listening ear is the best and for others direction to professional counsellors. I know Bill has helped people explore all these options based on what is best for the individual survivor!!
Crawdad, foaming at the mouth does little to help. Besides screaming and accusing Bill of impropriety, what exactly is it you are doing to help these survivors?

this is on sunday 14 july 2001 (sorry)2002 uk bbc1 .
bbc 1 (01) 22:15 - 22:55 .
panorama
For those in the Toronto (Canada) area Panorama is available on one of the digital TV Specialty channels. I don't know if it runs on the same schedule but will watch for the upcoming listings.
The lead reporter/investigator is a very sharp lady who knew how to ask the 'right questions'. This should be a great report and will hopefully have an impact there in the UK.
Well done you English blokes and bloke-ettes!!
A friend from across the pond.

thanks to everyone here who welcomed me two weeks ago.
my intention when i first came to the site was to simply find information and see what others were saying about the jw organisation, then i felt inclined to post myself, including sharing my personal experiences.
New Way:
Sorry for letting Quantum hijack the thread.
I wish you well on all your endeavours.

Thank you Larc but I was not looking for my name in that list. The spotlight and I just don't get along any more. I will stick to behind the scenes thanks.
Quantum, I frankly don't give a rat's ass about whether you are impressed or not. perhaps you should detail all your accomplishments to date in this regard so we can become oh so impressed.

You have named quite a few of the more well known ex-jw's but what about the work of Simon and you can say what you (collective 'you' not personal) want (and have) about Rick but he also should be added in that list. But just as Quantum has insulted all the effort done behind the scenes by individuals that participate here and some that don't.
I mentioned this the other day in another thread, but the work done on an individual basis carries the same weight as any huge campaign or book that is written. Changing the life of one person, getting them to seriously think about the Borg is a major accomplishment, whether done by writing a book, showing support, listening, researching, dredging up ald articles, whatever.
Quantum belittles this work done to this point and ignores all that has been done by so many here.
Now before his head gets any larger perhaps Quantum will be smart enough to do some research of his own to see all that people are doing before he puts his mouth in gear again.
Not that I really care about his opinion of the work being done, but I think it important that those who do not necessarily 'write the books' also get the praise once in a while for their efforts.

Quantum:
I can only hope you are right. But it appears you all have thick skulls.... But I don't intend giving up until I make some converts out of you or help you see the light. Because of a superior intellect the persuasive powers of the world were never able to make any inroads on me. But their deceit alone was enough for me to begin a campaign against the rascals and their chicanery and skullduggery.

I don't think Watchtower thought processes have escaped you as much as you claim.

PS - Could you shrink your font a little. Makes it easier to read. Thanks

okay folks:.
it's me, i'm back after giving my university students' their final exams.
but in a few weeks i should be heading back to the good ol' us of a.. but anyways, i've infiltrated jwmatch.com.
I feel sorry for them at that site that they need to resort to online advertizing.
I am curious at why we need to pick n them and poke fun at them. How are they any different (other than being current JWs) than those here who are single or otherwise looking for partners
We have thread after thread of posting pics, jsut like they do. We have threads about what do we look for in a mate, what is our favourite perfume/cologne and there is no end to the flirting and 'partner screening' going on here.
I personally see nothing wrong with flirting etc. It is all social interaction. (Caveat - I do think this type of DB is not the place for nude pics)
I guess my question is why pick on the individual JW's? Especially when what you are picking on is not far from what is being done here.

hey danny and jesse,.
has wtbts hired you, yet?.
daniel glick.
You missed the point Dung.
Whatever.
You just go ahead and keep calling people shit for brains. I am sure it will yield much success.
(shaking my head)
Kismet - who thinks a 'domestic dispute' should be kept domestic then and off a PUBLIC discussion board.

I could be missreading Happy Man's post but it appears he was simply quoting something from the JW site.
Nice reactions from the two of you.
