  i haven't posted as much here as i've wanted these past few weeks, but i've spent most of my time lurking here, or in chat.

  for the last few 2 months roughly, every meeting i attended became extremely painful to endure, such that i would come up with excuses to miss as many as possible.

  but there are 2 events that really gave me a swift kick to wake me up and realize that things had to change.

  Well, well, sword of jah has popped out of the woodwork, himself laying on a guilt trip. Just for the record nocturne did take responsibility and met it head on, no pussy footing around, unlike yourself who cowardly strikes and runs before anyone can show the weakness of your argument. Of course this brings up the question of why you are here in the first place. bug

  Although they all realize my wife and I are no longer JW's, not one of them has ever asked why.

  When and if they do, I will answer honestly.

  A little over a year ago we moved back to the city which I call home, although I was raised some ten miles out in the country. Since we moved here we've had visits from two elders and their wives and some six older sisters. Not one of these folks have asked why we aren't attending meetings, going out in service, or going to assemblys. It's almost as if they are afraid of the answer..

  Please don't look on your past life as "wasted." You did what you thought was right. When I first logged on to this site I had the impression it was composed of a bunch of rebelous teenagers, obviously that's not true.

  More Beautiful PHOTOS at the very tip of mainland Britain

  earlier on this evening, i packed sarny's, took a bottle of drink with me, camera and headed off to the far west to the cove at porthcurno, one of my particular favourite stretches of coastline around here, porthcurno is the place from which the very first transatlantic cables were laid from connecting the uk to the usa.

  just to the left of the very pretty cove, with the finest possible sand is the incredible and visually stunning minack theatre, a 750 seater amphitheatre carved straight from the cornish granite cliff from whence the views are staggering, next on to lands end via polgigga and trethewey, a few miles after which the setting of the sun between cape cornwall and lands end itself.

  the lighthouse picture is the longships, with the scilly isles in the very far distance, beyond that is the usa, i waved to you all from here, the most westerly point in the country.. as per usual to enlarge pictures, click on them, they only take a second or so to load, then hover your cursor over the bottom right side and if a directional icon shows up, click again to make even bigger.. hope you all enjoy them as much as the pleasure i had earlier this evening walking by myself these cliffs and sands.. hugs to all you ruddy balmpots!

  they hate the meetings but see the convention as a time to socialize and meet boys.

  Many teenagers can spot hypocrisy a mile away. Our daughter wrote in a news magazine published by the newspaper which was aimed at teens. The editor took a liking to her because of her being able to spot this hypocrisy and for having the backbone to write about it. I'm betting your ex wife may have done more harm than good (from her point of view) by taking the young lady home early. Bug

  i was sitting here typing a post when i heard the "new message" tone come from my phone.

  i played the message and it was none other than my mom.. "hi, this is mom... i'll talk to you later.

  i wonder why she decided to call.

  Witnesses say others are deceived while at the same time refusing to consider the information which caused a person to leave in the first place. Good job David, I'm having trouble seeing how you kept your cool, but I admire you for doing so. .
