  Please help! I have NO idea what to do with this!

  at work we are supposed to setup "goals" for a "performance review" later in the year.

  i *hate* things like this because i don't understand what i'm supposed to put in the document.

  it is far too subjective with no defined requirements that i can wrap my brain around.

  Will you stop a minute and listen to me? We can do this together. I've done more of these than I care to remember.

  Take Arrowstar out to lunch and have a working session with her. Then take the best of what she suggests and incorporate that with the things other posters are telling you. Then write up the damn thing. Bub

  whyamihere, buttlight, and myself kicked off the meetup early at the brewpub along with seeing the panthers kick the crap out of da bears.

  Well, I hate to get you stirred up because I was rooting for the Colts, but any way you slice it, that was a barn burner.

  Just for the record Gretchen, I also like the Steelers because they don't fire the coach everytime the weather changes. They have kept the current coach for years and it is paying off, big time. It's amazing to me he can take the pressure of a game such as this one. I would be begging to be taken to the looney bin. Bug

  anyone active here should be familiar with www.ajwrb.org , as it is a grea run by "jw's" who lobby for a reform on the society's stance on blood.

  i believe, that inside the society, we have another pressing issue that is, no offense, perhaps more likely to get support from average witnesses.

  and that is, education.

  i thought i would share this with you as i am still a little bit stunned to say the least.

  my mother who is a longstanding jw came to stay over the christmas period as my uncle had past away and she wanted to be more local to the family, that way she could attend the funeral and provide some support to her remaining brothers and sisters.

  she lives a considerable distance away from me at this moment in time.

  i wanted to share with people my story about the witnesses.

  when i was five my mother had been searching for a new religion.

  she was brought up catholic and didn't understand the church.

  My priest knew all about her and the witnesses but said that we bury the dead, not just Catholic dead.

  then i did all my childhood friends, who are now all divorced or are separated and they all scored really low!

  The chance of a relationship working out between Bug and Mrs. Bug is not very big, but a relationship is very well possible, if the two of you really want it to, and are prepared to make some sacrifices for it. You'll have to spend a lot of quality time together. You must be aware of the fact that this relationship might not work out at all, no matter how much time you invest in it.

  We've been married for 40 years. Does anyone see a problem here ??
