Why would I want to surround myself with people who only saw the world the way I did? That wouldn't be much fun at all. I like to be challenged and forced to think about why I feel the way I do, it also makes me have to back up what I say.

what exactly do you believe bush is going to do with the oil fields after the war?.
The US is invading Iraq for the oil ?? You gotta be kidding !! If that were true we would be better off invading Canada as they are the number one foreign source for U.S oil. Iraq is number nine.

yessiree...i had an afternoon off last friday.
so i decided to venture down to the toronto humane society.
i was so surprised at the variety of animals: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, mice and birds.
Once folks from the local animal shelter shows some of their dogs and cats on a local TV station. I swear it I have problems keeping my emotions in check. I get this almost uncontrollable desire to run over there and adopt all of them. Pets are wonderful, but there is more than can be adopted out, so please have your animals neutered. Bug

Hey moron, one guy was able to stop a tank in Tienimun sqaure, why couldn't a bull doze driver stop? I would have expected this in China, not in Isriel.
Perhaps I am a moron, but this seems fairly simple. Get out of the way !! I must admit I have a certain amount of admiration for someone who has the courage to stand in front of a bulldozer or tank in support of their views, but if that person gets run over he has no one to blame but himself.
Apparently calling people names is the only argument you have left right now. Hopefully you can do better in the future.
My view is this; this isn't about people worrying about being killed in a war zone. This isn't the same as getting hit by 'friendly' or enemy fire. It's a warning meant to threaten independent journalists so that they cannot broadcast freely. The US wants them to be afraid to be there so that they can control the information coming out of Iraq. Frankly, I think it's frighteningIf you want frightening, reporters can go with the army of the freedom loving soldiers of Iraq when the stuff hits the fan. I'm sure they will be able to report freely about what that army is doing.

The closer we get to war the more the left tends to distort the issues. This is much like the lady that got ran over by the bulldozer in the Gaza Strip. If you see a dozer coming, get out of the way. If you see a war coming, get out of the way. Bug

there seems to be quite a few concerned people out the regarding this war in iraq and for good reason.
so what exaclty is bothering you about it, does it involve the very real fact that alot of innocent blood could/will be shed ?
are you fearing this could all be a part of bible/wts prophecy ?
The US will not intentionally bomb civilians, however, if chemical or bio weapons are unleashed by Saddam, the wind currents could carry this over to populated areas. That worries me. Bug
